( SHELLY WRITES! ) Welcome to the revamped version of my solo leveling fic! One of my first two books that had definitely made me known in this app as a genderbender writer lol rereading everything from the very beginning definitely made me laugh with how I really handled the story and the reason why I had discontinued it in the first place is probably because most of it is in Jeongyeon's POV and it made me think about the game FFXVI and Noctis bc oh my god, maybe that's why I never think Noctis and Luna are a good couple bc they BARELY have screen time together until she died and I wanna change that aspect in this book hence why I decided to revamp this and give everyone what they expected from this fic.

And you know what else I also did? By reading almost every sung jin-woo x reader fic, I thought why not follow their formula? Have Y/n be the Monarch of Light too! However, Monarch of Light and Life doesn't sound too... Elegant for my high ass standards, I look for synonyms and would you know it, incandescence was found which means emitting light due to a heated body and I thought it kinda sounds very regal, you know? Like burning someone with light sounds like something a Light monarch would do for his queen.
So like expect for updates to be like slow bc I'm going for long formatted or at least long formatted chapters now to level up my writing too (see what I did there?)
Also, I have not read or watched Solo Leveling in a hot minute probably bc anime butchered it with fan service which is kinda expected given it is Japan but oh well 🤷♀️
