"Am I perhaps.. in love? I think I am.."
She mumbles to herself and blushes more and squirms on the bed and after sometime she slowly drifts off to sleep.
The sun rose up in the sky, and the sun rays peeked through the curtains and fell on Zoya's face, as she squinted her eyes and blinked them a little adjusting to the sunlight. Slowly yawning and stretching she sat on the bed. She looked up at the clock and saw it was only 5 am but she got up and went to the bathroom to do her morning routine.
After all done, she came out wearing a red anarkali which was her favorite outfit and matched a small red jhumka with it. She went down and made breakfast and saw that Zara and her mother, both were sleeping so she decided not to disturb them. She ate her breakfast and decided to go the mustard field.
She wrote on a small note "ammi and didi, I am going to the mustard field. I will be back in a while. I have already made the breakfast, hope you both will enjoy it — Zoya ♡" and kept it beside their breakfast.
She walked outside the house and walked towards the mustard field.
After 15 minutes, she reached and inhaled the nice scent, and smiled feeling relaxed. And soon yesterday's incident striked her mind as she blushed again, and started thinking about Sarfaraz while walking on the field. She was confused that whether she loved him or not.
Suddenly..
"BOO!!"
"AAAA" Zoya flinched and quickly turned back, and to her suprise, there was Sarfaraz standing while holding his stomach and laughing. She kept a hand on her heart feeling it beating wildly as she got scared.
"Y-yah allah, apne to hume daara hi diya! Or abhi iss waqt aap yahan par kya kar rahein ha?"
(Oh god, you scared me! And right now what are you doing here?)
"Just came here for a walk, and saw you standing here, so I thought to scare you.." Sarfaraz said and giggled.
"I came here only to see you." He thought.
"O-oh i see.." Zoya said and awkwardly stood.
"Should we walk together?" Sarfaraz asked.
"Yeah we can.. but if someone sees.. They will get a wrong idea." Zoya said in a nervous voice.
"What idea?" Sarfaraz asked with a smirk on his face. Saying this he pinned her on a nearby tree and she gasped softly.
"K-kya kar rahe ho?"
(W-what are you doing?) Zoya asked in a nervous voice feeling little scared.
"Tumhe kya lagta hain, mein kya kar raha hoon?"
(What do you think, what am I doing?) Sarfaraz said and tucked one strand of her hair behind her ear.
"S-sarfaraz. M-move please. " Zoya said.
"Kyu, Sarfaraz ki apsara? "
(Why Sarfaraz's fairy?)He said with a smirk on his face.
"If someone of this village sees us, what will happen? "
"Dekh lena hain to, dekh lene do. "
(If they see let them see.)
He said while looking at her, tilting his head.
Zoya's face fully red by now. She gripped on his shoulders tightly as he slowly leaned in.
"Itni sharmili ho? shaadi ke baad kya karogi?"
(Your this much shy? What will you do after marriage?)
"S-shaadi? Kya matlab s-shaadi?"
(M-marriage? What do you mean by m-marriage?) Zoya said her eyes widened when Sarfaraz slowly pulled away and starts laughing.
"Yah allah! Tumhe darana kitna asaan hain!"
(Oh god! Scaring you is so easy!) He said, while laughing more, and Zoya's eyes squinted and she flickered his forehead.
"A-aowww"
"Mein Insia aunty ko bata dungi!!"
(I will tell Insia aunty!!)
She said while looking like an angry bird.
"Aw.. Naraz ho?"
(Aw..your angry?)
Sarfaraz asked in a loving voice which anyone could easily melt in.
Zoya looked at him with a small pout and Sarfaraz giggled at her cuteness. They both sat under the shadow of the tree, and had some distance between them.
"Wese tofa pasand aaya kya?"
(Well, did you like the gift?) Sarfaraz asked breaking in the silence.
"Um yeah.. I did..alot.." She said with a sweet smile and a red tint formed on her cheeks.
"But wasn't the bracelet expensive?" She asked.
"Nothing is more expensive than your smile.." Sarfaraz said while smiling and being lost in her beauty, the red tint on her face darkened, and she screamed internally.
"W-wese aapko kisne bataye mujhe chand sitaare pasand hain?"
(Who told you that i like moon and stars?) Zoya asked in curiosity.
"I have a future bhabi now, you know.." Sarfaraz said trying to control his laughter.
"Future bhabi?" Then Zoya realised he was talking about Zara.
"O-omo.. W-what else has she told you about me?"
"That you like romantic novels, staying late night and watching the moonlight, writing daily diary, walking in flower fields.. and many more.."
Sarfaraz said with a smile on his face as he adored everything she loved to do. And oh god.. Zoya's face was not less than a tomato now. And then she thought.
"Now I will tell everything about her to Aahil future jiju too.. But.. maybe whatever she did is good.. Because now he knows my likes and dislikes, but I hope she did not tell anything stupid about me.. What if she did? Omo.. What to doo?!" She was thinking when suddenly Sarfaraz snapped his fingers in front of her.
"Back to Earth, Zoya.. Where were you lost?" Sarfaraz asked.
"In my dreamland.." She said.
"Am I there in your dreamland?" Sarfaraz said again in a flirty tone.
"Your very flirty, you know that?" Zoya said with a giggle..
"Only for you.." Sarfaraz said and Zoya again blushed while looking away.
"By the way, I want to meet you.. Again.. Next Sunday, here under this same tree, same time..go it?" Sarfaraz said while slowly getting up.
"O-okay but why?"
"You will know soon.."

Guess what? Yep I am back. We can say from one side that I was dead, because new year wasn't as good as imagined, but all at first.

Well I was very sick, like extremely sick! I had 104.2 fever, literally passed out like 5-6 times and also my final exams had began and it is on going and it will finish on 23rd but dont worry, I will still post in between. And I am EXTREMELY SORRY that I am going baar baar, even though after promising 😭😭 I am kind of fine now and pray for me too.. I love you all and thank you for still supporting me when I was not even here!
