Chapter 3 the party and rhino

It was Friday 2:30 pm, school was over for the week, which left Peter with time to spend in patrols around the city and time for his laboratory, but today, he did promise Mary Jane that he would go to the party, so he would make most of the day before the party and do a quick patrol.

Before Peter could leave to change into his Spider-Man suit Mary Jane stop him.

MJ: hey Peter wait up

Peter turn around and saw MJ approaching him, he smiled at her and greeted her back.

Peter: hey MJ what's up

MJ: oh nothing just wondering if you are going to the party tonight?

Peter: yea I am, I promise you I would, where is the party at again?

MJ: oh right sorry forgot to tell you, it's at Harry Osborn penthouse you know in the upper west side

Peter: oh right, ok I'll see you there then

Peter waves MJ goodbye and leave's while she looks at Peter leaving with a smile on her face.

Sally: I really don't know what you see in him

Liz: come on Sally don't be like that Pete is quite cute

Sally and MJ look at Liz in surprise for different reasons, MJ thinking that Liz might like Peter and Sally in shock of what her best friend just said.

Sally: oh no, not you too Liz

Liz: I don't like him like that, I'm just saying hi is cute, but I don't like him

MJ looks at liz for a few seconds before saying

MJ: we'll you see I know Peter longer then anyone in school, and let's just say that after all this time I finally realize that I like him a lot ( maybe more then like)

Liz and Sally look at her then at each other and nodded

Sally: ok what's the play here?

MJ: play?

Liz smirk's at MJ and says

Liz: the play you know how you are going to make Peter fall head over heels for you

Liz and Sally smirk at MJ as she was a blushing mess , MJ laugh nervously and said

MJ: hehehe, well I think it would be best if Peter and I become friends like we use to before I tell him how I feel about him

MJ look a little sad much to Sally and Liz confusion, until Liz remember why she is sad.

Liz: wait is it because of what happened last year?

MJ: yeah, I guess it was wrong for me to just stop talking to Peter for a whole year

Sally was about to say something like " oh he is lucky enough that you are even talking to him" but seeing how MJ look, she said something very different.

Sally: hey don't worry he is taking back to you, if he was mad and hated you about it, he would even blink your way

Sally's word made MJ smile again, it was true if Peter hated her he wouldn't be talking to her or go to the party.

Liz: ok enough about boys talk, so MJ did your aunt give you permission

MJ: yes she gave me the green light, you and Sally can come over for the weekend

Sally: cool, so where is your aunt going again?

MJ: she is going with Peters aunt to see a play in Boston and spend the weekend and a few more days there with there friends
