Souls, Duels, and Despair

You were sitting in your classroom writing some notes in your book when Linia was about to look over your quickly put your hand on her skirt to distract her and give you time to close your notebook.

Linia: "Meow! Keep your hands out of my skirt!"

She was about to scratch you but you used your soul magic to keep her still.

(F): "Do not look through my notes."

A sinister smile came across your face.

(F): "Understood?"

Linia: "O-Okay! But I guess you're just another starving wolf, boss. Or is my irresistible beauty to blame, meow? M-Meow?! What's that look for?!"

Pursena: "You're such an idiot, Linia."

Linia: "What'd you call me?!"

Pursena: "The truth."

Linia: "What?! I dare you to say that again, meow!"

Cliff: "Pipe down! I can't hear myself think!"

(F): "That makes the two of us..."

Cliff: "If you came here to goof off, then go home!"

And then everyone continued after a few second of silence.

Linia: "What do mew think you're talking to?"

(F): "Sorry to disturb ya, we'll be quiet from now on. Right, Linia?"

She crosses her arms and sits back down.

Later

You were walking through a hallway when you saw some kid being beaten up.

(F): "Heya fellas, don'tcha know better then to pick on a turtle?"

Guy: "Excuse me?! Who the hell are you?!"

You simply light up your eyes with magic.

(F): "Does this ring any bells?"

Guy: "H-Hey, that's 404."

(F): "Now that we've got that sorted, I don't know what caused this, but only cowards fight six against one."

They quickly leave while you just sigh.

(F): [Thank god I didn't have to put in any effort. I don't feel like fighting today.]

You look back to the kid on the ground.

(F): "Ya okay?"

Cliff: "I don't remember asking you for- No, thank you. You really helped me."

(F): "No problem."

(F): [I figured he was going to snap at me. Did he finely realize I ain't against him? And why does Cliff even hate me in the first place?]

You shrug it off, literally.

(F): "Guess it's not a big deal."

You walk away and after taking a few steps you shortcut to your next class. You spend the day as normal. After a long day you go to your classroom and work out a bit more about the soul theory you were researching.

(F): [So if a soul manifests when I use blue magic does that mean that everyone has a soul or is one just temporarily given to them?]

Suddenly Cliff called out to you.

Cliff: "Hey."

(F): [An isolated alleyway, how lovely.]

(F): "So, ya need somethin from me?"

You notice his cheeks getting red.

Cliff: "You see... There's this girl I like."
