A morning summer breeze blew through the Dessert Paradise, the sun rising in the distance as the floating island reanimated once more. Creatures of the island began to open their eyes, met with the star that would shine brighter than anything else for roughly half of the day.

Among this waking life, the Zephyr of Life himself stretched his wings for the first time that day as he opened his teal-lavender eyes to meet the warm, yet equally harsh embrace of the sun's overbearing light. Each individual feather, coloured a slightly darker periwinkle at the base then fading into a pearly white, looked as if they were sparkling as Wind Archer Cookie stood from the side of a tree and spread his wings, preparing to ascend to the treetops.

Flowers seemed to bloom near-immediately in his waking presence, the petals gaining the same sparkle of his wings, which were now propelling him to the treetops to help keep the forest in check, as per usual with his day. Once above the trees, he scanned his surroundings for any signs of darkness, reaching for an arrow from his quiver upon seeing some type of evil spirit in the near distance.

He took hold of an arrow, pulled from the quiver and aimed straight at the unwelcome spirit, preparing to transform the invasion into a dove-like spirit. With no hesitation, he fired the arrow at the invasion then watched as a spirit with the appearance of a dove flew away into the horizon. A soft smile spread across his lips for a brief moment, until far too distinctive giggling filled the air. His gaze hardened as he sighed softly.

"Why is it always her..." He muttered while flying away from his spot near the tree, his golden flower adorned hair fluttering in the wind behind him. Golden petals drifted to the ground as he flew through the Millennial Forest, bow in hand.

Until an all-too-familiar voice called for him, specifically by a nickname he'd never been too fond of.

"Windy!"

A soft groan escaped his lips as he slowed to a complete stop above the trees, his wings keeping him airborne by flapping them slowly. He looked to the skies, waiting for the voice to show herself, hoping that their interaction would be rather quick. On top of, well, having a good reason for the interaction.

Thankfully for him, Timekeeper Cookie manifested herself in front of him just a few moments later. She didn't look any different since the last time they'd met - same exact hair style, which was tied back into a low ponytail, her signature grin, same steampunk-styled outfit, same eyepatch trying to cover up almost 1/4 of her face.

It was a bit uncanny to him, how her appearance hadn't changed one bit. Still, he let it go when she opened up her mouth.

"I see you've finally become the zephyr of life! Though it must be boring having to repeat the same day over and over again..." She remarked, resting her hand on her cheek while staring him down, unblinking. A sense of discomfort quickly set in for the archer, though he brushed it off rather quickly

"I see you've finally decided to show yourself after all this time. Why are you here?" He replied. A chuckle escaped from her lips as she crossed her right leg over the other.

"Sugar Swan Cookie wanted me to give this to you, since she couldn't do it herself." She said, handing him a perfectly folded sheet of paper. He took it, prompting her to vanish with the only trace of her being a sound akin to a kitchen timer being wound up. Instead of opening it then and there, he opted to descend into the forest again.

Once beneath the trees, he leaned back against the nearest tree, tucking his bow between his arm and side and unfolded the note carefully.

It read;

"To Wind Archer Cookie,

I am aware that you are often busy as the Zephyr of Life, therefore you may not be able to do this quite yet. I am also aware that many things, such as the subject of my concerns, are simply parts of life. However, I feel this is important, as I have noticed that the Dragon's Valley has seen immense spikes in power as of late.
