Meanwhile heading in the same direction was the gur hunter had gotten more information about the other vampire apparently he has unique golden eyes and was last seen wearing a black trench coat black trousers and some armor the gur had two horses pulling a caged wagon the cage had runes carved into them that if who ever tried to escape or even touched the bars will receive a painful shock strong enough to leave burns the cage also had a fabric on the outside to hide what's inside the cage in said cage was a certain vampire spawn astarion was curled up on his side in the fetal position his shirt long sense discarded one arm wrapped tightly around himself his other laying limply in front of him the gur was truly a sadistic bastard for the past three days he's felt nothing but pain from flailing his back which is currently a bloody mess to even breaking his arm that's not even getting started on bars of the cage anytime his skin makes any forn of contact with the bars a painful jolt rips through his body asterion voice has grown horse from screaming out in pain he's grown so weak from both his wounds and having not drank any blood in roughly three days astarion at this point was honestly hoping death would take him

Sorin was almost to blighted village when he caught the scent of something metallic and sickly sweet powdered iron vine there must be a monster hunter near by Sorin noted and keeping his guard up after a few more feat he heard someone shouting for him as well as the sound of horses gur: oi stranger becarful there's said to be a vampire lord roaming around these parts it's night out and there more dangerous at night Sorin turned around and noticed a man walking towards him with two horses pulling a caged wagon he couldn't tell what was inside it as there was fabric covering it but he was able to catch a faint copper smell coming from the cage the man however reeked of powdered iron vine he was definitely the monster hunter Sorin: thank you for your concern but I can take care of myself if I may ask what's in that cage your horses are pulling Sorin said as the copper scent getting stronger as well as hearing a faint groan coming from the cage he was also able to pick up the faint scent of a vampire gur: a vampire spawn i was able to catch him near the sunlit wetlands his traveling companion actually handed him over to me I almost had to make a deal with the hag of those parts i just need to deliver this spawn to my people near baldurs gate apparently they want to strike a deal with his master I'm hoping if I can catch the vampire lord it might sweeten the pot Sorin: interesting do you have a description of this vampire lord so i know what to keep my eyes out for sorin said already knowing that he was the one the gur was looking for he was also pretty curious about the vampire spawn gur: from what I've heard he's a male with long white hair wearing mostly black with golden eyes ITS YOU the gur said in realization whom sorin quickly killed him and took his keys to the cage there was another key there as well that he assumed opened the compartment under the seat of the carriage sorin proceeded to make his way towards the cage of the wagon and yanking the fabric off revealing the vampire spawn inside whom was curled up around himself at the far end of the cage he notched that his arm laid limp in front of him and that he was covered in blood most likely his own judging by the lash wounds he also noticed some burn marks on him as well Sorin: hey are you alive in there Sorin called out

Sorin: hey are you alive in there astarion heard a voice he immediately jolts awake and caught the scent of another vampire and panic sets in astarion: NO I REFUSE TO RETURN TO CAZADOR I WOULD RATHER DIE astarion shouted in a panic he had his eyes squeezed shut and backing away from where he heard the voice and momentarily forgetting about the bars of the cage once his bare back touched the cages bars a jolt of pain ripped out through him causing him cry out Sorin: I'm not going to hurt you i don't even know who this cazador is the stranger said astarion looked at the vampire was definitely not cazadore or one of his siblings the stranger was at least a good a foot taller then himself he has long white hair that falls a few inches below his shoulders and the thing that stood out to astarion the most was the strangers golden eyes astarion: don't tell me there's more vampire lords in the fairun to worry about Sorin: I wouldn't know I'm not exactly from here I'm from innistrad astarion: innistrad what are you doing all the way over here Sorin: perhaps we should have this conversation when your out of the cage the stranger said holding up the keys astarion: please let me out astarion pleaded the stranger nodded and walked up to the door of the cage he undid the lock of the cage and opened the door astarion made his way out of the cage stumbling a bit he almost fell when he got out of the cage but the stranger put a arm out catching him Sorin: your capture really did a number on you astarion: he was a sadistic bastard Sorin: hold still for a moment astarion: what are you astarions sentence was cut off as the stranger healed him astarion: thank you the stranger nodded Sorin: so what's your name astarion: it's astarion he said holding his hand out Sorin: my name is Sorin he said shaking astarions hand
