Phayu growled low in his throat. On his desk were three profile papers, red x's over the photos in the corner. Three of his men, gone. He slammed his fists down on his desk, making the man standing in front of his desk jump slightly. The alpha pushed the papers away, looking up at the man.

"Who's responsible for this?" Phayu growled out. It was taking every bit of his willpower to keep somewhat calm.

"I-It was... It was Winter, sir." The man stuttered. While Phayu had a reputation of treating his entire team like gold, he was still terrifying when he was angry.

"Of course it was." Phayu huffed, deflating back in his chair.

Once again, Winter had won. Before Winter arrived, the Cyclone Clan had full control over Bangkok. They were feared, but respected. Phayu had taken over for his father after a near death experience made his mother beg for him to stop. Of course she wasn't happy at all to have her son take over, but Phayu had managed to completely turn things around.

That was until Winter showed up. Over the course of two years Winter had single handedly ruined everything. No longer could Phayu's family rest. It seemed like every day they were losing more and more men. Something had to be done. Phayu stood up from his desk, motioning for the guards to stand outside of the room. As soon as the door closed Phayu turned his attention back to the man in front of his desk.

"I'm putting an end to this." Phayu said. He moved to lean back against the front of his desk, crossing his arms. The man shifted uncomfortably where he stood, the thick stench of fear permeating the room.

"What all do we know about Winter and his family?" Phayu asked.

"A-According to Prapai, he has a wife and two kids. No other known family members. A few of our contracts have switched to him because he's threatened to kill." The man said, hands nervously clasped in front of him.

"He's also killed many of their family members, correct?"

"Yes... That's how we lost our largest contract. Winter killed his wife."

"Thank you. You may leave." Phayu said, nodding towards the double doors of his office. The man gave a quick wai before rushing out of the room. Phayu sighed, rubbing a hand down his face.

When he took over for his father he swore to cut down on violence. A lot of their power was already in place, most people were afraid of them. His grandfather was ruthless. So he stopped it all. The only thing he hung over people's heads was money. With a snap of his fingers the well would run dry. People responded very well to their livelihoods being threatened.

They weren't challenged then. Now he had to revert back to their old ways. Winter wasn't going anywhere without a fight. Phayu pulled his phone from his pocket, typing out a few quick messages before setting his phone down on the desk. He was going to end this once and for all.

The sound of his friend slapping their hands in front of him snapped Rain's attention away from his phone. He looked up quickly, shrinking back a bit when he noticed the glare on Sky's face. Sky huffed, putting his hands on his hips. He looked like an angry mom ready to ask for the manager. It was near impossible for Rain to stifle his laugh.

"Rain, you're the one that asked me to come with you today and now you're ignoring me?" Sky said, his arms moving to cross over his chest.

"Sorry sorry. I was just trying to see if Apple had sent me a message." Rain said, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. Sky rolled his eyes, shaking his head. The pair was stuck waiting at the main entrance of the mall for their friend. Apple was nervous, she was going on a first date with the new girl at their university and wanted to make it a double date.
