Second year of UA was a tough battle for Class 2-A. The war had finally ended as the top two students, Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo, defeated AFO and Shigaraki.

All the scarring and trauma led Class 2-A bonding closer together.

It almost seemed like nothing could stop them from smiling, even after going through hell.

"Thanks for training with us Midoriya!" Kaminari gave a weak thumbs up, his body shaky from over usage of his quirk.

"No problem, I needed to train today anyway. I've been slightly slacking lately..." Izuku gave a lighthearted chuckle.

UA decided to lean off on Class 2-A, given they've been through... a lot. It was the end of the school year anyway so it wouldn't be useful to make them work harder.

A lot of students were attending therapy and slowly relieving themselves from past trauma.

"Nahh, you're fine bro. To be honest I think you got stronger since the last time we sparred." Kirishima gave his signature toothy grin. Him and Denki usually stick together, a natural habit that formed ever since the first year.

Ejiro, Kaminari, Izuku, and Katsuki were usually sparring buddies. All four could train properly due to each other's quirks making it challenging to win; and the squad took joy in that.

Midoriya was about to reply, but his soft smile faded as he realized Katsuki had already left.

"I'll catch up with you two later, Sorry!" Izuku called out to the two boys in the locker room. He quickly put his uniform on and sprinted out the training grounds.

Bakugo's been rather quiet the past few days, but just towards Deku.

The greenette didn't know why, he thought the two became closer after everything that happened. So what gives?

"Wait! Kacchan!" Midoriya yelled out, running to catch up to the blonde.

Bakugo kept walking, but slowed his pace for the shorter boy.

"Need anything?"

"Not really I just—"

"Hungry?"
