The Reason we Broke Up

“I’m sorry.”
Jungkook  bowed as he apologized. However, Taehyung ’s expression did not relax. His cigarette was slightly skewed in his mouth as his terrifying glare remained on Jungkook . A murky smoke flowed out of his parted lips.

“Why did the son of a bitch who wanted to quit come all the way here? Now that you’ve gotten so popular, this place seems below you, doesn’t it? Is this place your house where you can just roll around here when you feel like it? If you’re angry, you just leave. You come back when you’re feeling good. Does this place seem like that kind of place to you? Huh?”

“I was wrong. I’m sorry.”
Jungkook  bowed in apology one more time in front of all the staff. However, Taehyung ’s anger did not go away. He felt a sense of betrayal from this actor, a sense of betrayal from a fellow human, and could not let go of his rage.

“So what now? What do you want to do? Are you saying you’ll come back to film the drama? After souring the mood here like this? Do you know how much the staff has suffered because of you?”

“I’m sorry.”
Taehyung ’s biting remarks did not stop even after Jungkook ’s repeated apologies.

“After making everything like this, I saw that you were doing your best with your love life. You’re causing scandals left and right these days. You received an award, you’re dating…
The drama probably never passed through your head, did it? You’ve earned enough to make a living, is that it? Huh?”
At first, the staff were all looking at Jungkook  in disappointment. However, when Taehyung  continued to bite out spiteful remarks, they didn’t seem to know what to think. They were worried that Jungkook  would truly quit the drama at this rate.

“The time we have to film is going to end soon. We need to start shooting right away.”
The assistant director couldn’t take it anymore and interrupted Taehyung . The urgent matter at hand was to try and coax Jungkook  to continue filming today. At this rate, the drama would not make it to air. After the assistant director successfully diffused the situation, Taehyung  finally closed his mouth shut.

The filming began again. The staff’s eyes were cold as they gazed at Jungkook . They recalled the horrible acting he had done in the past few weeks. They were sure nothing would have changed today.

He must be happy because he’s dating, so will this be his final act?

Someone whispered. Jungkook  definitely heard it, but he pretended not to.

“Action!”
Taehyung  reluctantly shouted out.
I dare you to fail. Just try me.

He crossed his legs and glared at Jungkook .

“You damned son of a bitch.”
Taehyung  glared at Jungkook , who was standing in front of him, as he bit down on his cigarette. After wrapping up today’s filming, he called Jungkook  over. And these were the first words he said. Normally, it should have made Jungkook  feel terrible, but his expression showed that he didn’t seem to mind.

“I’m cursing at you. Don’t you feel bad?”

“In this situation, you have every right to be angry with me, Director.”
“Oh yeah?”
When he heard Taehyung ’s banter, Jungkook  paid it no mind and merely gave him a faint smile.

“Don’t smile, you bastard. You’re really… Haa.”
Taehyung  looked extremely frustrated. He glared at Jungkook  up and down. Because Jungkook  was so tall, it took him a while for his eyes to travel the length of him.

The scene they filmed today was the one Jungkook  had been unable to do.
In the scene, after breaking up, the male lead burst into tears.

If Jungkook  did a poor job again, Taehyung  planned on humiliating him and kicking him out of the studio. As if they were of the same mind, the staff members glared at Jungkook .
