The Birthday

Your name is [name]. Today is your 17 birthday and all your friends are coming over to your apartment for a party. You were currently speaking... trigger word were. Your alarm woke you up. Ugh! You hated that stupid thing but you still need it regardless. The one you shared your apartment with, Shanna, walked into your bedroom. "Hey birthday peep! You feeling good about your birthday party?" She asked excitedly. You shrugged. "Meh I mean...Why did I allow you to trick me into having this party?" "Dave said he would be here and you said you'd have the party." You slightly blushed hearing his name. You can't believe you did this because of your flush crush!

Either way you can't cancel it now or Dave will say you're 'not cool and you don't want that. You shook your head from your thoughts and got up from your bed. "I'm gonna shower,Okay?" You said heading for the bathroom. Shanna moved out of the way and nodded. You went into the bathroom and showered, got dressed, and brushed your teeth in that order. You went into the living room and onto the computer. Once you got on, John was the first to begin Pestering you.

CH: Thanks John. You're coming to the party right?

GT: Of course! Wouldn't miss it!

CH: Better have a gift! X3

GT: Oh man! I have the perfect gift.

CH: Okay until then!

You smiled slightly and logged off of persterchum. You sighed slightly and looked over to the kitchen. There was a stack of pancakes and a not beside it. You went over to where the pancakes and note were and picked up the note to read it.

"Hey [name]! Happy birthday! Have some pancakes dear. Anyways I have to go shopping for some decorations and I will be back before anyone and everyone arrive! See you later dear!
<3 $hanna."  You shook your head and looked at the stack of pancakes. They did look good. One bite shouldn't hurt. You took a bite of the pancakes and your eyes widened with surprise. These were delicious! Oh my gosh! You smiled and ate your b-day pancakes happily.
