As Gerard was sitting down on the couch with a cup of coffee in his hands, there was a knock at the door.

Eh, if it's important they'll knock again.

The person knocked again. This time, Gerard got up from the couch, placing his coffee in the little table before him, then went to unlock the door.

When he swung the door open, he didn't think that the person behind the other side was going to be important, no, instead he thought it would be a mail man or something like that.

But nope.

He actually came face-to-face with his little brother.

"Hey, Gerard! I didn't think you'd be here. Where's ma? " was all his little brother said to him. He didn't give him a hug, or act surprised to see him. It was just like he'd seen him yesterday, the yesterday being 4 almost 5 years.

"Uh.. Ma's in her room... Laying down.. Hi, little brother...how have you been?"

Mikey chuckled and let himself in, passing by Gerard like good ol' times back when they were younger.

"I've been pretty good lately, nothing's gone wrong,"

Not yet anyways...

"so far, so I've been doing real good. How about you, big bro? What's been goin ' on?" Mikey asked, looking at his bigger brother, while plopping down on the couch and sighing.

"I've been.... Fine...nothing much has happened, except that Lindsey left me.. " Gerard shrugged while doing the same as his younger brother. Mikey sat up, looking at his brother and giving in, wrapping his arms around Gerard.

"I'm sorry that had to happen... I know you loved her and all but Im positive that you'll find someone new, but that person won't leave you...besides, I never liked that bitch anyways.. She brang bad vibes everywhere she went. " Mikey chuckled, letting go of his brother who had his head down.

"Y-Yeah.. I guess.. " was all that was said, making the room fill with awkward tension.

Then Mikey had gotten an idea. It was like a lightbulb went off in his head.

"Hey, you and I can go to that bar we went to when we were kids!" Mikey said, smiling and hitting his brother with his elbow in a playful manner.

"Coommee oonnn, you know ya wanna!" Mikey went on, making Gerard smile slightly, seeing that his teenager self was still in his younger bro.

"eehh?? " he laughed and Gerard gave in, smiling like a fool and looking up at Mikeys excited face.

"Okay, just this once.. " Gerard smiled fully, a hint of happiness in his voice. Mikey fist bumped the air and got up from the couch, "Be right back, gonna go see ma really fast!" Mikey said, running to their ma's room like the child he unleashed inside of him again.

Gerard laughed to himself quietly and looked down, smiling.
