The next morning Tommy woke up to the bright morning sun shining on his face through his curtains, it was just about enough to blind him. Tommy sluggishly climbed out of bed and headed for his closet so that he could get dressed for school. After he was dressed he headed downstairs to say good morning to his parents and have a bowl of cereal before leaving for school.

Tommy had arrived at school about an hour early since he had never checked to see the time before he left home. The school halls were empty, it was absolutely silent except for a few muffled voices coming from the office. Bored Tommy sat down in a back stairwell and began to relax.

"Hehe, come and play with us Tommy," he heard the little girl again. He got up quickly and looked around.

"H-hello, is there anyone there?" Tommy asked with the slightest tremble in his voice. He heard heavy breathing behind him, Tommy spun around to nothing there but the taunting voice of the little girl was still lingering in the air. As Tommy turned around and began to walk away he felt something heavy against the back of his head.

THUNK

As Tommy lay stunned on the ground he realised that he was looking right into the eyes of a mangled, bloody, almost dead looking version of himself. He screamed for help but nobody heard him. The monster started walking towards him, Tommy shut his eyes tight and began screaming again.
