Norihisa Hyuga 日向紀久 . . . The youngest son of the Hyuga family. He's violent, deadly and gorgeous.
Hyuga-kai is the first subsidiary of Kuryu Group formerly led by the Hyuga Brothers, now in current leadership of Hoshi Hyuga. The group used to be considered as a small group and the brothers tried to impress the chairman of Kuryu Group by declaring war with the then strongest gang in S.W.O.R.D, Mugen.
Hyuga-kai is considered to be the first subsidiary of Kuryu Group which tried to battle SWORD. They insisted to take down Mugen. They provoked Mugen to go to war by ambushing Cobra.
Mugen then traveled to their own office and fight against them. Eventually, Mugen defeated them by beating their executives and most of their members. The group then removed from the Nine Dragons of Kuryu and disbanded soon after, until Hoshi Hyuga took over Hyuga-Kai and got them back inside Kuryu.
After their disbandment, Norihisa Hyuga, the fourth brother of Hyuga Brothers, swore revenge against Mugen (which already disbanded) for staining his family's name and thus forming Daruma Ikka.
While Hoshi Hyuga gathered the information she needed to take over Kuryu Group. She was slowly making her way up to lead the yakuza and no one had a clue it was coming as she was quiet and never spoke during the meetings.
