I approached the house and rang the doorbell. After a minute or so, there was still no answer. I tried ringing again, but no answer still. I decided to enter but realized the door was already open. My guts were telling me something was wrong.
"Hello? Is anyone home?" I said out loud as I entered the living room. Still no answer. Maybe they aren't home? But the old lady said she hadn't seen them go out for years, and the door was open. Something doesn't add up.
As I looked around, there were no trace of them. But something caught my eye. A photo. A family photo. The little boy must be Felix.
That's when I came to think of something. Felix said they were in a deep sleep. A very deep sleep.
"The bedroom. They must be in the bedroom."
