Everyone in the courtroom felt relieved, including us. The friends and family of the victims, the reporters, the procecutor, and even the lawyer felt relieved.
"Anna, we did it!" I said happily, hugging her right after.
"We did! We should celebrate!" She said. I agreed. We should. Looking back at Felix, he had this smug look on him. He caught me looking at him. It seemed as if he wanted to tell me something. I slowly walked towards him.
"How does it feel to get life imprisonment?" I asked him provokingly.
"You've gotten more confident now that I'm going to jail," he said, ignoring my question. I scoffed.
"It's not over yet. Be ready," he added. I scoffed once again. He won't be able to get out. He will rot behind bars and will be locked inside forever.
"Anna, let's go."
