Survival

I stretch and groan as I wake up. I look out the window at the still dark sky. I got up and put on my work out clothes. So this hotel has a gym. We're half way in the trip. But on the second day of the trip I went exploring and found the gym.

I talked to the staff and we were allowed to use the gym. So now I've been waking up early and heading to the gym. Myself and Nov have been enjoying the early morning workouts and we even go to the gym in the evenings if possible.

I even let her take control when we're the only ones there for a bit. We've also been scouting some areas around town. So when we leave as a group to visit some colleges and whatnot we have time to split up and explore for a bit. Luckily for me they miscounted my group so I don't have a buddy.

However I do know how to blend in and I make sure I can tell a somewhat believable story. After all no one has realized I've been wondering around by myself. And it's going to stay that way. After all I can't risk someone figuring out what I'm doing. Right?

I looked down at my watch and saw it was time to leave. I quickly went to my room and showered and changed. Luckily the hotel also had laundry so I've been washing my few clothes there. When I was asked I would say I started early and wasn't prepared.

That typically gets people to drop it. I met up w/ the group and we loaded the bus. We're going a bit away from the hotel this time. So I just leaned back and stared out the window. Nov and I made some small talk here and there.

It was honestly a pretty peaceful drive. I was able to ignore the loudness of everyone else. Something that immediately caught my eye was that someways down seemed to be a highschool. But it also seemed like it was in a shady neighborhood.

I asked my teacher and they said it was the school they sent all the delinquent high schoolers. They made sure a prestiges college was close by as a way to say work hard and turn your life around and you'll be here one day.

I doubt it works but that's perfect. I found my transfer school. I already know what I'm going to tell the school too. I'll just say my aunt lives closer to the school and all the other school districts were either full or to far to make the commute. So that covers things.

The tour was rather standard. Nothing too exciting but nothing to boring. But something that stood out was that since that delinquent school was so close and they're trying to get them to turn their lives around they have a special scholarship for the school!

So you can guess where I'm going to college at. See things are coming along nicely. Now I just need to find a way to get here w/ out being seen. And w/ out causing an uproar. I guess I could use the alleys to travel and shift into Nov. I'll just need to put my luggage in an alley. But how to do that w/ out being scene.

Maybe say I forgot something important in my room and rush to get it. Then on my way back to the group pretend I can see something and follow it then disappear like that on the day of departure so that they can't really look for me.

But that also leaves the question of the cameras. Guess I'll just hack into the system and see which areas can be seen by the camera and which ones can't. Then I could have them black out just long enough for it to be noticable but hide the fact that no one was luring me. I can spend the rest of the trip looking at the area I'm going to use to escape from.

And that's what I did. For the rest of the trip I would look at one specific hallway that we would frequently pass and just stare at it for a while. Till someone snapped me out of it and then I went on like normal dismissing their concern as I just felt like someone said my name or was looking at me.

I also made sure to put blackouts during those times so that the black outs from when I get 'Lured' away line up w/ an occurring issue. Which makes it more believable.
