"It's summer!" Sarah says "and the bonfire is tonight!"
"Okay okay." I say
"Get dressed we're going to the chateau." She smiles
I slowly move out of my bed and walk over to Sarah's closet. I pick this out:

I move downstairs to Sarah as she practically pushes me out the door. I turn around and see two blue eyes looking back. Rafe. I turn back around and get in the Twinkie with Sarah.
"Hey bitches." Sarah says "This is gonna be the best summer ever!!" Sarah squeals
JJ mimics her as he starts.
"I wonder if my friends will be there!"
"Who?" Pope questions
"The powerpuff girls duh." He adds
"Rafe, Kelce, and topper will be there. yes?" Sarah says
"You guys better not fight." I say in a stern voice looking at JJ
"Mamas mad." JJ says
"Shut up." Me and Sarah say in sync. As JJ puts hands up and jokingly turns around.
-after the chateau at Sarah's house-
"Oh my god kie come out!" Sarah shouts at me from outside the closet.
"Fine.." I say

I slowly open the closet door and share an unsure smile.
"Well you are right about one thing you look fine like wine.." she jokes as I burst out laughing same as her
"I'm serious you look great!" She almost shakes the room

"Cmon let's go I'll drive!" Sarah says
She immediately runs downstairs and pulls her car up front to me I get in the passenger seat and turn on the radio.
Sarah turns it down.
"So JJ?" She asks
"Yeah what?" I respond confused
"He likes you and you like him admit it." She says smirking
"Look I love JJ but not like that Sarah he's my best friend." I say making it clear to her
"Okay I guess.." she almost whispers "what about your parents?" She asks
"My dad well is my dad and mom is still on her "trip"." Sarah puts her hand on mine as we pull up to the bonfire and park.
I get out of the car and go up to grab a drink leaving Sarah to socialize.
I get up and go to see Sarah I notice she's talking to topper.
"Oh hey Kie." He waves
"Uh..hi"
"I'm just gonna- " I start
"No kie wait don't leave me!" She says but I already did
Just as I'm about to leave I see JJ and Kelce were fighting?
What the hell I'm actually not surprised.
This wasn't even that fun of an experience and it was supposed to be but my parents and Sarah and just I don't know I needed a break.
I immediately walk to the car I knew Sarah would end up riding with John b later anyway.
I start walking as the people get louder to quiet suddenly I feel someone bump against me.
Rafe was standing in front of me as I stare at him for a second.
