       3rd person

     In the deep Dorsey's of medieval England lays a small village, along with a field and lake. The leader of the small village had a son who, on 10/13/1336, was turning 8, the age boys start sword/knight training. "William, thou hath to get up" the mother of the young boy spoke to him through his thin wooden door. "Yes mother. I hath awoken already" young William replied happily, walking out of his small room, practically skipping to the kitchen/dinning room. "Thou ha the to gather thee's bow and arrows for thou has to hunt alone today. Thy mother has prepared some cakes for thou to taketh" William's father commanded him son, pride secretly in his eyes. 

     William never wanted to learn how to fight or hunt but even the newly 8 year old could feel the pressure from his parents and village. The village has a tradition that when a boy becomes of age (8), he will go into the forest alone and he isn't aloud back until the boys had killed and brought bad 3 adult rabbits (a/n harsh people I know). A few have never made it back. 

     William wondered the woods, his mind not on hunting and trapping rabbits but fairies, trolls, and werewolves two hours after leaving his beloved parents and village, William came across a shallow cave with a 6 foot long, low, table like boulder in the middle. William placed his leather pack upon the table and sat onto. He looked back out of the opening of the cave and stared in awe at the thick greenery he had been traveling through. 

    William's small booted feet had left fresh tracks in the muddy ground. All of the sudden another boy, not much older than William, walked around the corner of the opening and into the cave. "Who are thou,young one?" The older boy asked. "I am William Berchfielde, who are thou" the giddy but tired boy replied "Hypnos and it seems thy parents hath abandoned thou" Hypnos calmly answered. Young William knew better than to believe that but he couldn't help believe the enchanting voice of Hypnos. 

    William simply nodded and yawned while stretching his back. Hypnos appeared suddenly beside William, who was siting on the stone table, and roughly pushing him over. Straps appeared and secured William tightly as he began to scream and thrash around, trying to got loose. Hypnos reached into his own pocket and pulled out a purely black stone pocket watch that had shattered skulls on the back. Hypnos dangled the watch above William. He put a single finger on William's lips and said "Hush now, for thou were not clever" the watch began to swing slightly from side to side "Now thou shall stay with me forever". Williams eyes drooped until they closed. As his breathing stopped, the cave collapsed, Hypnos taking William to his sleeping army in hell.
