"You're still mad at me?" Harry asks under his breath, almost as if he meant to keep it to himself but I overheard.

I continue to stare out of the window trying to focus my eyes on anything but him.

"Look at me," he demands and ignore his request.

I hear him groan and directly after, reaches over my lap and unclips my seatbelt.

"What are you doing?" I ask as soon as I feel his hands grip my hip and his other hand snakes behind my back and secures it on my waist. He doesn't answer me and instead pulls me to the middle seat, our bodies now touching.

"I'm your body guard now, can't have you further than arms length."

I push his arm as I try to scoot back to my seat, but he traps by dropping his arm over my legs and keeps a firm grip. "Let go."

"Only if you stop being a brat."

Offended, I give him a smug expression, "What exactly am I being a brat about?"

"About this whole situation."

"I'm not being a brat, I'm reasonably upset."

He scoffs as he rolls his eyes and that sends me over the edge. "You know I have every reason to be upset, Harry. Oliver would've killed you if his gun didn't jam, do you not understand that?"

"I-"

"No. You don't get to talk right now, I'm talking." I cut him off and begin to ramble, "If you would've just waited until I woke up, things would've gone so much smoother, Oliver would've understood but no- you had to be a prick about it and do it yourself. And I'm sure you only did it so you can rub it in his face. I don't like you, Harry, but I don't want you dead on my living room floor because you two are having a dick contest."

It falls silent, but I know everything I'm saying is sinking in.

I look into the rear-view mirror, locking eyes with Ollie as he drives and I lean over towards his seat.

"And you, you're going to learn how deal with Harry whether you like it or not, because starting today, you two are stuck with each other. So learn to deal with it and play nice. Heard?"

He took a second to reply, almost as if he wanted to argue but changed his mind. "Heard."

"Good," I mumble before collapsing back into my seat and cross my arms over my stomach. Still looking away from Harry, no matter how close in proximity we are.

Tension slowly starts to fill the air which causes my anxiety to increase but I continue to hold my ground.

Harry sits up and leans over to the back of Ollie's seat and peers over his shoulder. "Do you mind dropping me at my old apartment? It's on the street over if you turn right at the stop light."

Oliver doesn't say anything but follows through with Harry's request. After passing through a handful of complex's, Harry finally points at his and Oliver slows down in front of it before putting the car in park.

Without a word, Harry opens the door and steps out of it- shutting the door behind him. I couldn't bear to look over at him because for some reason, it hurt to. He gave up just like that?

I see Oliver put the car in drive and right as his foot moves from the brake, Harry yanks the door open on my right side. Stunned, I look over at him and he offers his hand to me.

"She's not going anywhere with you," Oliver orders.

"Just trust me for once. We'll be back at the house in less than a couple hours."
