I left my capsule somewhere in this place. I heard loud unfamiliar sirens, which made me feel I'm in danger, that's why I left the place immediately.
The truth is, I don't know exactly where I'm going. I just have to run, find some safe place to stay for the night, and then run again the other day. It was the only plan that forms inside my head. Maybe because I'm very young to be alone and wandering in the cities. Imagine an eight year old girl walking along the streets with no apparent reason.
All I've got is my Loric Chest and my pendant. My Chest contains every items I need, at least that's how I remember it before my capsule flies from my home planet Lorien. I never opened it, it was heavy and I think it requires a Cepan. I'm not sure.
My pendant on the other hand, shows my symbol: Two moons (one quarter moon, and a full one inside it) and nine dots connected from small to big. Usually when I'm nervous, green bright light would shine from it.
I remember two days ago when a drunk man surprised me in an alley, making the pendant shine. The man thought I'm some kind of a troubled kid who steals precious gems, that's why he chase me only to get the pendant.
After those events that scares me, I hid in places where there are less people. I always hide. Where else could I go? In this planet, I'm more like a stranger. Which is really true.
Besides, I'm so young like a lost kid, hoping someone would find me and help me. Well, it's just the same when I'm hoping to wait here and die.
Anyway, I lie in a cold hard ground under a tunnel. I always got tired carrying my Chest all my life which seems like forever. In short, I'd have to carry this heavy wooden Chest that I can't even open until I freeze here to death.
I try to remember my closest friend. I don't remember his name, but he's older than me. He follows after my capsule, which I call him now as Twelve. He told me he's going to find me and look for me. He told me it's going to be fine and I'm going to be safe when I reach Earth. Yet here I am. Surviving alone and preventing from dying.
I wish I could believe he's right.
But a year had already passed and I'm still not safe. Everywhere I go, there'll be bunch of bigger teenage kids whose going to block my way and try to steal the Chest. But of course, a young Loric like me still managed to escape, anyway. I haven't developed any Legacies yet, which is very unfortunate for me. I can be as normal as humans.
As I rest myself, the Memories slowly pop out inside my head. I let it finish, because interrupting it would make me feel dizzy. It was the only thing that helps me on my way. It tells me who really am, and how I got here. Those things started exactly after I left my capsule. But whenever it happens, I let it. Somehow, if I can talk to it, then it'll be the only one I can be with.
Suddenly, I heard something clatter behind. I look over the bank but saw nothing so I thought it was just a stray cat. After minutes, it happened again. When I look over, I saw a silhouette of a tall man. And from his back sprouts two long bars, which I guess was a shotgun or something.
I get up as quickly as I can and carry the Chest again. I run fast until I get out of the place.
