It was the day of the field trip, I was waiting in front of the school with Bella and her friends, and the Cullens haven't arrived yet.
Mr. Molina: Make sure I get your permission slips.
Then Edward, Alice, Jasper and Nik arrived, I haven't spoken with Nik since he told me about him and his family, it wasn't because I was scared of him, no, it's just that I was in shock that vampires are real. But I think I am ready now. I was determined to speak with him and apologize for ignoring his messages and calls.
I got out of my thoughts when I heard Mike asking Bella to prom, I mean I know Bella won't go with him, she's in love with Edward.
Mike: So, what do you think? You want to go? To prom. With me?
Bella turned to him realizing what he asked her and looked horrified
Bella: Prom. As in dance: I, uh – me and Nita have to go – somewhere. To Jacksonville. Is that right Nita?
She turned to me with pleading look on her face, Mike faced me also with hopeful look
Anita: Yeah, that's right. We have to go to Jacksonville together.
Mike: You can't go another weekend?
Anita: No, sorry. It's non-refundable ticket.
Bella: Maybe you should ask Jessica.
Anita: Absolutely, she totally has a crush on you.
Mike looked towards Jessica, she smiled at him, and he returned it
COMUNITY COLLEGE GREENHOUSE
The tour guide lead us through the greenhouse with Mr. Molina. Me and Bella were walking together but she kept her eyes on Edward who was walking in front of us with his siblings.
Anita: You should go talk to him.
Bella: No. I can't do that.
Anita: Why not? It's clear that you two like eachother.
Bella: I guess so, anyways thank you.
Anita: For the think with Mike? You're more than welcome, I could see that you were uncomfortable.
We smiled at eachother when Bella saw Edward pause by an ancient staghorn fern and decided to talk to him. I let her be and walked away.
Nik: Darling, stop ignoring me please.
I heard from behind me, I turned around and saw Nik looking at me with frown on his lips and sad look in his eyes.

Anita: I'm sorry, I was just in shock. I had to process this for few days.
Nik: It's okay darling, I'm happy that you're talking to me now.
I gave him a tight hug and he wrapped his arms around my waist and lifted me slightly from the ground.
Nik: I heard you are going to Jacksonville.
Anita: Noo. I'm not, it was just cover up.
Nik: Good, because I would like to take you to the prom.
Anita: Really? I would love to go with you.
He smiled and wrapped his arm around me, and we walked together to the buses where we saw Edward talking to Bella and Alice
Edward: No, our bus is full.
He told Bella and stormed into the bus, Bella looked sad and walked away.
Alice: Ani!! Hii, it's great to see you again.
She told me with huge smile and hugged me pretty tightly.
Anita: Hello Alice, it's great to see you again too.
Alice: Are you driving with us?
Nik: Yes, she is dear sister.
With that he led me into the bus with Alice trailing behind us.
We got in and sat down, Edward and Jasper looked at me, they both smiled and said their greeting while I smiled back.
THE SWAN RESIDENCE
Me and Bella entered the house, she angrily threw down her book bag and coat. She starts heading upstairs when dad entered from kitchen.
Charlie: Bells, your mother called. Again
Bella: Your fault, for telling her about the accident.
Charlie: She always did know how to worry. But....she's changed, too. She seems happy. Phil sounds all right.
Bella: He is.
Then she walked into her room. Dad then turned towards me and gave me a hug.
Charlie: So, tomorrow I want you to meet someone important to me.
