I finished putting away my things and set up the tank for Nala.
"Hey y/n. Did you finish getting settled in?" Says Tom as he walks in the room
"Yes I did. I also just finished building Nalas tank"
Nala raps herself around Toms arm while he talks
"Mattheo is throwing a party in the common room tonight for all the all the slytherins. Pansy and the guys are going."
"Oohh sounds like fun. We are definitley going. Besides, I havent had a drink in a long time."
Tom chuckles "Oh you know there will be some and Theo will make sure of it."
Hahaha, I laugh " lets go to the great hall, i'm sure dumbledore wants to have a welcome speech.
"Another boring speech about having a great year" Tom say while rolling his eyes
Me and Tom get to the great hall and sit with our friends. Dumbledore starts his speech and we all try to hold in out laughter as Mattheo is mimicking him
"Yet another boring speech by the infamous head master" Speaks Draco
"Yet another speech from a man who looks like hes a thousand years old" remarks Theo
Everyone burts out in laughter and Theos joke
"You are so right. Like how much longer is your beard ganna get?" Says Mattheo as he playfully mocks dumbledore again
I smile and get up to go to my first class.
I am sitting next to Draco in DADA when we see that snape is the new teacher.
"Hey y/n I guess the rumors are true."
"I guess so"
"This is going to suck"
"It can't possibaly be as bad as Umbridge!"
"Don't get me started with her." Draco roles his eyes
The class ends and im walking to potions when I see Mattheo in the hallway.
"Hey angel" he says to me
"Hey Matty"
"I havent heard that nickname in a while." He smiles
"Is it better than tree hugger?" I try to hold back my laughter
"Hell ya! Hey, whats your next class?"
"Potions"
"Same! Do you wanna walk with me?"
"I would love too"
We start walking to potions together. I dont think he has ever asked me to walk with him before. We get to the class and sit next to eachother. The class ends after what felt like forever.
"Ughhh that was so boring! I cant wait for the party tonight" Matty puts his hands over his face
"Tom told me about that! I'm so excited. I havent had a drink in forever."
"Well dont worry sweetheart, there will be plenty of those there"
The day goes by and me and Tom are relaxing in the common room when Blaise and Enzo walk in.
"Hey y/n. Hey Tom" They both say
"Hey guys"
"Hey"
We start talking about the party later on tonight. Then pansy joins the conversation and so do Theo and Draco.
"Hey, Theo, are you bringing any drinks?" Asks Blaise
"You know it! Its a surprise what im bringing but just expect some shots."
Everyone gets excited and then goes down to the great hall to get dinner.
Everyone eats dinner and goes back to the common room.
