I groggily lifted my hand and pressed the button on the alarm. My job was simple and easy...I enjoyed it and I worked with some of my friends from high school... except them.
I miss Sabito and Makomo so bad but after middle school they were kidnapped. After months of searching the police labeled the two dead.
Hopefully, I pray that when they died they were also able to see each other it's very fucked up, yes...but Sabito loved Makomo and she loved him they were a couple but I was the only person that knew they were dating.
I sat up and stretched with a yawn and walked to the bathroom. I grabbed a towel and took a shower.
Once I finished (In the shower 🤷🏽♀️) I looked in the Mirror that was fogged up from the steam of the overly hot shower
If we take hot showers isn't that just us slowly boiling ourselves like a boiled egg?
I thought to myself as I dried off and got dressed into black baggy pants. I put deodorant on before I put on my shirt. I put on a white dress shirt and over the dress shirt I put on an oversized dark blue sweater.
I looked at my hair...stupid fucking hair..can't ever seem to get it to look right.
When I brushed through all the knots in my hair it still looked messy.

I thought with a groan of annoyance. I put my hair up in a ponytail and left my bangs to rest near my eyes. It was stupid and simple but I didn't care at all.

I sighed as I heard my phone ring. It was Misturi....gosh she was like a sister to me and so was Shinobu, she actually came out to me saying she was lesbian and that's when I told her I was gay...so it was okay.
I grabbed my phone and pressed it to my ear
"Hello?...."
My voice seemed stoic and stiff...I hope I didn't seem rude I just wanted to say hell-
"HI TOMIOKA-SAN"
Misturi screamed over the phone causing me to wince and pull the phone from my ear.
"Oops sorry if that was loud!"
She apologized with a guilty tone of voice.
"Don't worry Misturi....it's perfectly fine be as loud as you want"
My calm expressionless voice reassure
"Well I called to let you know that uh...me and sh-shinobu started dating!"
The mochi colored girl announced.
"That's wonderful Misturi!"
I said a bit shocked
"Ok well! I'll see you at the cafe!"
The energetic girl said before hanging up.
Oh ya....I have to go to work. I completely forgot about that.
