Would've Could've Should've
I can't dwell on what would've been,
I can't think of what I could've done,
I can't imagine what I should've become.

It was cold, her body felt as if it had been kept inside a frozen lake unable to move. Then she felt something open and her body toppled over.
She fell to the ground. Then two people grabbed her arms, they kept her from moving. "She's fine, alive at the very least" An old yet rough voice speaks out. Then she felt her chin being grabbed.
It was a woman, she was wearing a dark robe with hood over her head. The girl observed what little could be seen of her skin. It was a purplish blue, she had pearly white hair, and long red markings on her cheeks.
She looked at the woman confused. Who was she?
"Don't tell me you don't remember your own mother now Alarria" She says smiling at the girl. Though it wasn't a kind smile, the smile hid many emotions but it was anything but good.
Then she was dragged away. She wanted to scream buht her throat hurt, she wanted to shout, say something. But she couldn't.

She saw things more clearly now she was in a room with the woman from earlier, and an unknown man. The man wore pieces of armor on his body, he had the same purplish blue skin that the woman had, but his face looked similar to that of a monster.
"How does she not remember anything?" The man questions. "I believe it is the effect of the quintessence that was put into her system" The woman replies.
The girl was kneeling on the floor. Her body felt heavy, she could barely move, barely breath.
Her head was spinning. Then everything went black.
"She'll remember soon enough" The woman jests. "Then we'll finally see what quintessence can do to such a fragile girl" The man concludes.
They looked at their daughter who was laying on the floor before them. Body drained of all energy, she had been put to rest in a cryo-pod for the past 10,000 decaphoebs.
She had been experimented on while she slept. Her body had been altered and modified. She was made into a tool to help the Galran Empire take over the universe.
