The next day in school, our maths teacher couldn't be able to attend so I took my belongings and went to the empty cafeteria to study and also to have some peace and quiet which I rarely find. But as I was studying, Cox and his friends came on my line of vision.
"What do you guys want now? You do realize that I was studying? Something you three don't do." I boredly asked but still putting my eyes on the book in front of me.
"We know. We have eyes." Litman shrugged.
"I don't think you know they are eyes Litman. " I smirked at him.
"Haha very funny." He said with a hint of sarcasm making me laugh a little.
"So to my previous question. Why are you here and please don't tell me is to apologise. " I said as I started to put my belongings in my bag.
"Come down we are not here for that. I have never met someone who hates apologies like you do. You are funny." Cox said laughing a little making me release a breath I didn't know I was holding.
"We are inviting you to a party!" Charles who was the only one sitting opposite me on the table, said excitedly.
"Have you ever seen me in any of your stupid parties?" I harshly asked raising my eyebrows for emphasis making Charles excitement fall.
"No oo...." Charles hesitantly answered like he wasn't sure what he was answering.
"Exactly! ! And how the hell should I come to this one? How is this one so special? " And with that I stood and walked away but before I could open the cafeteria door, Litman called my name making me turn to look at them.
" you have five seconds. " I said.
" we have something you might be interested in and you will definitely be there. " Cox said making me fold my hands in my chest making a face that asked him really?
" Nothing can make me come!" I confidently said.
" Charles give her the folder." Litman said making Charles remove a file like folder and gave it to me making me confused especially since they passed me to get out of the cafeteria.
I opened the folder and my hands had started shaking. What I saw made me call them back.
"How did you get this?" I murmured.
" A good magician never reveals their secret. "Cox shrugged.
"What do you want from me?" I demanded.
"Just come to the party and our mouths will be shut." Litman said making an invisible zip on his mouth.
"At what time." I asked and immediately their smiles brightened.
"Seven be there!" Cox said and they opened the door to walk away.
"By the end of this am gonna kill each one of you! "I promised them.

Around 8 PM, my brothers decided it was fun to drop me off and I never disagreed. You could hear the noises from the gate and I dreaded every moment of it. Am a busy person so I have never attended to any party even when I had a chance. Few seconds of entering the noisy house and I was already in the devil's arms.
" you have come,finally! We have been waiting for you." Cox said as he dragged me unwillingly to the drinking table.
"Why shouldn't I when my life is on the line." I said sarcasm in my tone making his smile drop.
"You look...." Litman started as he studied me from head to toe. "You look amazing" He finished.
"And other days I don't? " I raised My eyebrows.
"Aaaah..."He stuttered.
"I feel like dancing, come with me."I said to Litman and Charles taking both of their hands without waiting for their response going to the dance floor.
A little bit after midnight, I was tired of dancing so I went to the bar and ordered a drink.
" is that your favourite drink?" A man asked me as he sat next to me.
" Why? "
" because there is a lot of good drinks here but you chose that specific one."
" What do you want!" I asked boredly. Men are so cheesy and typical.
"Is it a must I want something from you to talk to you?"He asked innocently.
" pretty much yes." I answered without hesitation.
" ok I surrender. You are right I do want something from you. Your number."
"A man that says what he wants I like that." I said acting interested.
"Thank you. You're gorgeous you know."
He stated as he analysed me from head to toe.
" thanks but sorry to disappoint you but am not into guys." I sadly stated.
"So you mean you are?..?" He stammered.
" Yes am a lesbian. "
"Sorry I disturbed you." He said as he started to stand up with his drink in his hand.
" That's ok. Boys get confused sometimes it happens. " I shrugged.
Not even a second passed that Cox occupied the same sit.
"Did you just tell that boy that you are a lesbian? " He asked while trying to hold in a laugh.
"Were you eavesdropping? "
"Maybe but seriously lesbian? You are not!"
" I know am not but he doesn't? " I stated and we both burst with uncontrollable laughter. And that's how our night was. Drinking, talking, laughing, games and more laughing. For the first time I felt like home which scared me but at the same time excited.
