A few years after that we fast forward to their new school
(This should go without saying but they are teens now)
Connor, Greg and amaya all chose to go to the same school.
Connor and Greg completely forgot about owlette but they remember amaya and while amaya still has her powers she normally never uses them,
As soon as they walked into the new school, it was obvious that Connor and Greg were gonna be the popular kids.
"Amaya!" Greg called out rushing up to her and giving her a hug
"Hey greg" amaya said smiling
"Hi amaya" Connor said from behind her
"Hi" amaya replied

Night fell rather quickly and Connor hurried to get his pajamas
He wasn't tired quite the opposite really, he and gekko were going for a patrol just to check around so he had to get ready
He touched his bracelet and he teleported to the headquarters
The HQ had 3 floors
First floor was gekko's
Second floor was catboy's
The third floor was... no ones
Neither him or gekko ever used the third floor or even went there.
He looked around to see gekko when pj robot came up to him
"Beep book beeeeeeeeeee op" pj robot explains (gekko can't come)
"Well I guess it's just me then. See you later pj robot!" Catboy said
He started his patrol by jumping from roof to roof when he saw a light on in one of the houses.
He looked at it abit and then realised that someone was staring at him through the window of the house
it was amaya?!
"What is she doing up this late?" Catboy thought "wait she saw me!" He realised in alarm and hid behind a chimney
He waited a bit and then risked to look again
She was still looking through the window except now with an amused expression on her face, after a while she closed the light and went to bed.
Catboy let out a sigh of relief and continued his patrol.
The pj masks were pretty much a ginormous secret and though amaya was one of his best friends, and it would probably impress her that he, Connor, was a nighttime hero. He couldn't let anyone find out.
THE NEXT DAY
"Hey amaya" Connor said walking to catch up with her "how was your day? Did you see anything unusual or I mean-?"
"Hmm nothing much"
Connor nearly let out a sigh and amaya started walking away
"But I did see a little kitty on the roof last night"
