chapter 3

Amaya p.o.v :

I knock on the door and almost a second later it's opened

"Come on in" the girl said

"Thanks" I say looking around

"Soo owl gurl, I didn't get your name" the girl says as she flops down on a bean bag nearby

"Oh yeah my name's amaya" i say sitting down on the carpet "you?"

"My name's Katherine" the girl said as she crossed her legs "but my friends call me kathy, so you can call me that"

"OK Kathy, let's start the project" I say

"OK so what do you want to do it about? Our options are blah1 blah2 blah3 blah4 or blah1000000" Katherine says

"Let's do blah1000000" I say scribbling down the notes

"OK so basically I'll research and you copy it down" Katherine said

{Timeskip because who cares about homework}

"Hey I need a ribbon, can you get it from the closet?" Katherine asked

"Sure" I get up and walk towards the closet when something catches my eye

"Is that a jetpack?" I ask

Katherine looks up "yeah but I never got it to work..its my dream to fly"

I reach over and toss the ribbon to her

"Yknow I could help with that" I say smiling

"How?"

I just shrug and sit next to her to help decorate the project

"Come on you have to tell me!" Katherine whined

"Just wait until night" I say trying not to laugh too much at her face

"Night?" She says doubtfully

{Timeskip to night so you don't have to read boring stuff}

I lightly brush against my bracelet and then red light envelopes me

I watch as once more I turn into the long forgotten

Owlette

"Woah so you are an owl gurl" Katherine exclaims with her hand over her mouth

I laugh "I guess but my hero form is called owlette"

"Owlette? That sounds like an 8 Yr old made it up but eh I won't judge"

I laugh "so are we gonna fly or not?"

Katherine smiles

"Let's fly!"

Gekko p.o.v :

Me and catboy were running. Another one of romeos crazy machines and this time what it did was zap everyone with a red laser and then they would be under his control!           

Sorta like the moon balls luna made.

I blink quickly and shook all thoughts of luna out of my head, she was back on her moon fortress right now so there was no time to be dreaming about her.

I watch as one laser after another tries to zap me and catboy

"Gekko run!" Catbou shouts as he runs ahead of me

"I'm trying! I don't have superspeed if you don't remember" I say as I try to urge my exhausted legs to run faster

I dodge as a red laser zaps another civilians window and added more people to romeo's mindless army

Catboy grabbed my arm and pulled me behind a school bus near our old school

"This is hard.." I whispered as I wiped my forehead

"I know but we did it last time with luna's moon balls, we can do it again," Catboy paused and looked up at the sky "I hope"

A/n : so yeah and also don't worry the chapter with a 1000 words is still on, this just isn't that chapter hehe. Anyway we have 549 words 💅 I'm slowly improving 😁
