Ananya's POV:

Having two emotions at once was not what I expected when my brother came to visit .

Shocked because My brother was getting married and suprised because out of all the people in the world he chose someone who is related to someone I know from office.My thought process broke when I heard a very confident voice with a slight irritation in it..

"If you are done gawking can I come inside its cold out here" I stepped aside and she and Raina came inside as they passed by me I got a whiff of their expensive perfume and believe me I gagged because it was in extreme level like they bathed in it.

She went and gave my brother the tightest hug and my brother reacted pretty much the same and as for Raina she went and sat on the sofa while typing something on the phone..

After what felt like an eternity the Highness spoke ... "Armaan don't your sister know how to welcome the guests as I can see she never asked us for water"she said in a very taunting way and my brother quickly gestured me to bring water and me being a perfect sister went to the kitchen to grab water . I was getting all negative vibes from her but I pushed it aside because if this is what makes my brother happy I will be happy for him.

I came out of the kitchen carrying two glasses of water and saw that they have settled down in the couch and shanaya was giving the house a disdainful look, as soon as our eyes met she narrowed her eyes at me to say I was clueless would be and underestimation I forwarded the tray containing the glasses towards them as expected shananya looked at the glass and made a face and Raina gave me a slight smile and I smiled back.

As I sat next to my brother her Highness decided to taunt again she glared at me but as soon as my brother looked towards her she changed her experssion to a very sweet smile and said with her sweetest voice let me also add fakest" I know I should not comment on someone's house but Armaan your sister's taste is too bad like ...(She looked around) and said this is a rat hole its too tiny I don't know how she is managing " my brother's face paled I thought he will tell something or scold her for talking low of me and my place but again I was hit with reality my brother looked at her and said " Babe I have asked her to move don't worry she will be shifting soon she has already looked up a place isn't that right Anya?" he turned towards me and gestured through his eyes to say yes before that Her Highness talked again

"That's good I don't want the paps to say my fiance's sister is a pauper" saying this she looked at me, this was the last straw I took a deep breath and told her in a very polite tone

" You know Shanaya this place is my world and I feel very Cozy and comfortable here "I looked at my brother and said "No one I mean no one can change my decision and I don't want anyone to have a say in it Its my choice and I don't take anyone's opinion on this " I completed my sentence looking at Shanaya and her face showed only one expression "Humiliation".

What I didn't expect was my brother to get up and yanked me up and his face showed only one expression anger he was seething I have never seen my brother this angry and what he said further broke me " YOU WILL SAY SORRY TO HER ... YOU CANNOT TALK TO HER LIKE THAT"
from the side of my eye I saw that Shanaya had a slight smile in her face and Raina's face didn't show any emotion..

I looked up to my brother and said "Ask me to do something that I will do... what your asking is never going to happen and what I said is not wrong I just gave answer to her question" my brother pushed me harshly and I fell on the sofa with a thud

"I thought you will be happy for me for my future but look at you humiliating my fiance I will not tolerate it Ananya come back to your senses I will talk to then" saying that he took Shanaya's hand and went out of the door and Raina looked at me sympathetically and went after them...After everything all started playing in my mind and I started crying my heart out,
while sitting on the sofa only one thought came to my mind My brother have changed the realization didn't sit well with me. In one moment I was happy and in just seconds it went back to chaos..
