"Holy crap, that Photo shoot took way longer than expected" Karlie mumbles underneath her breath as she checks the time-12:42, great.

The photo shoot was portraying a late winter night, and that it was.

Karlie steps out into the cold, snowy streets of New York, and cuddles up into her warm winter jacket as the cool air hits her skin.

She decides to pull out her phone and plug in the jack of her headphones, putting her music on shuffle. She slips the phone back into her pocket, when all of the sudden she bumps into someone, causing them to fall to the ground.

Karlie rips one of her headphones out of her ears. " Shit I am so sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going." The woman has her face pointed towards the ground. Karlie holds a hand out to help her up. That's when the woman revealed her face. Karlie was stunned, leaving her mouth shaped like an 'O'.

"Oh my god!" Karlie says shocked.

The woman had multiple purple bruises on her face, and blood in certain spots. The biggest bruise on the woman's face is under her eye, so big and purple, that her eye is almost swelled shut. Her jaw was most likely broken, as it is swollen to double it's original size. She has a hand mark imprinted on both sides of her cheeks also. Her beautiful blonde hair is sticking to her face, from the many tears that are pouring out of her eyes. When the woman takes Karlie's hand, she reveals more bruises. Her neck has hand prints surrounding it. The shirt she is wearing is ripped in places. The blonde hair on top of her head is standing up, obviously it's been pulled at.

Whoever did this to the mysterious woman deserves to be in jail.

"Do you want me to take you to the emergency room?" Karlie asks almost instantly after checking out the girl.

She panics and ends up whimpering, only breaking Karlie's heart even further.

"Okay, okay, can you at least tell me your name?" And that's when the biggest coincidence ever happens, the headphone that is still in her ear starts to play, we belong together by Taylor Swift. This is Taylor Swift. There is no doubt in Karlie's mind. The woman fits Taylor's description perfectly, long blonde hair, red lipstick, a very perfect figure, and most importantly, the blue eyes.

Those eyes gave her away. They may have a pure look of fear in them, but they are still the same blue eyes that Karlie has seen in many pictures before.

The woman suddenly wraps her arms around herself, obviously cold from the 14 degree weather. Karlie swiftly takes her jacket off, and wraps it around the singer. She immediately feels the cold creep into her body, but doesn't care, as it's not the most important thing right now.

"What's your name?" Karlie asks, already knowing the answer, but wanting confirmation.

"Taylor." The woman whispers. Karlie knew it.

"Okay, Taylor.  Well would you be okay to come with me, to my apartment? I promise to keep you safe. You don't even have to stay, you can just come in and warm up, call whoever you need to and leave. You are safe with me I promise."

The model watches as Taylor hesitates, but then finally nods.

Karlie leads the way, they walk in silence for five minutes.

"This is my house." Karlie says quietly, not wanting to startle the singer.

They walk up to the door, and Karlie unlocks it, pushing the door open in order for Taylor to walk in first. She hesitates, but eventually slowly walks inside. "You can sit down on the couch if you would like, I will get you a blanket and make you some tea?" Taylor slightly smiles, in approval.

Karlie soon returns to the room with a fuzzy blanket, and a steaming cup of liquid. She gently puts the blanket over Taylor, and sits down on the coffee table so that she can face Taylor. They make eye contact, some of the fear that was in Taylor's eyes on the street is now gone.

"Would you like to use my phone so that you can call someone?" Taylor shakes her head.

"I don't want to worry my mom, and I also don't want to stress out even more, can i just stay her efor a while?"

"Of course." Karlie says with a sweet smile. "Is there something you would like? Another blanket, something to eat, pain killers, sugar?" Karlie lists off.

"No, I think I'm good, but if you don't mind, I might take a nap?"

"Yeah sure! of course, I have a spare room with an extremely comfortable bed, and I can also lend you some clothes. Here, I'll show you the room." Karlie gets up and leads Taylor down a short hallway to an open door. "I'll be right back with those clothes, the model walks down to the end of the hallway and disappears into her room.

She returns with a handful of clothes. " I didn't know what you would want to wear, so I just brought a bunch of different options. You can decide." Taylor chooses some pajama shorts and an over sized white t-shirt. " Good choose!" Karlie encourages. "I'll leave you to get changed!" Karlie states as she walks into the hallway, closing the door behind her.

Karlie can hear Taylor groan in pain from her many injuries multiple times in the process of getting changed. After much struggling, Taylor opens the door and forces a smile, actually, I might take those pain killers now." Karlie just giggles and heads towards the kitchen, she can hear Taylor's feet padding behind her. She grabs some Advil and cup of cold water. She passes them to Taylor and watches as she swallows the pills.

"I know you aren't going to like me saying this, but Taylor you re really beaten up, and I'm scared for you, so if you will let me- I'm taking you to the hospital. I will even make you a good breakfast before we go?" Taylor looks disappointed, but you can tell that she understands. she just nods defeatedly.

"Especially this jaw of yours." Karlie looks up at Taylor, reaching her hand out to Taylor's face, stopping just before touching her, asking for consent with her eyes. Taylor nods. Karlie gently grabs Taylor's face and turns it to the side so that she can get a better look. "I think it's broken babe."

Taylor looks defeated.

""I'm sorry. Who did this to you?"

"My boyfriend." Taylor barely chokes out before she starts crying. Karlie instinctively wraps her arms around the crying woman and embraces her in a hug. Before she realizes that she could of scared the singer off, she wraps her arms around Karlie, clinging on, like Karlie was her her only chance at survival. Taylor sobs into the models chest.

Karlie rubs circles on the singers back, trying to soothe her. They stay like that for what feels like hours. Taylor doesn't deserve this, she is an angel. How could anyone do this to her?
