TRITON COWERED WHEN ALL THE ADULTS in the room looked at him as he walked in. He could see his mother and father glancing at each other, smiles starting to grow on their faces.

"Triton can do it" Poseidon stated, looking at Sally Jackson and Sirius Black who were seated with his parents. Oh, it was their double date weekend.

"Sally, Sirius, nice to see you again." Triton stated nodding at the two mortals. 

"And do what?" The young god asked his father who replied, "Take care of your siblings"

It was then, that Triton noticed his little sister and brother playing in the opposite side of the room, sitting on the floor with their toys. 

He had spent a lot of time with the two youngest members of the family and they both seemed relatively calm and overall good kids. He forgot the fact that whenever he had been with them, there was always a parent present.

So, thinking that it might be quite fun and what could possibly happen, Triton agreed. "Sure, why not?"

Thanking him, Sirius, Sally, Poseidon, and Amphitrite left. And Triton turned to face his siblings with a smile. Which was wiped off as soon as he saw the scene in front of him. 

Percy was lying down on the high table and moving his arms and legs so that all the plates and other utensils kept on it, went crashing down. Astrea was using her whipped cream can to spray everything in sight, including her brothers. 

May The Fates help him survive.

FINALLY HE SOMEHOW got the two children to calm down and moved Astrea into her playpen before taking Percy to get cleaned up. 

After bathing the little menace who kept pulling at his hair, Triton walked back into the living room, the two and a half year old Percy in his arms.

"Titon?" The sound of Astrea's voice pulled the older's attention towards her playpen and he made his way over to her, Percy still tugging his hair.

"Here you go, Perce" Triton said as he placed the boy down into the playpen with Astrea.

Percy sat there looking up at him with a confused look on his face before turning towards Astrea with his big bright seal eyes.

Astrea half walked and half crawled towards Percy, then patted his head making his hair stick up again.

"Percy?" She titled her head, before giving him a gummy smile. "Percy!" Then she hugged him, while Percy accepted his fate and hugged her back.

From the back, Triton quietly awed and cooed at his baby siblings, before summoning a camera and taking a picture of the two. 

"Attie" Percy mumbled softly, and Triton switched the camera into video mode.

Astrea giggled and pulled back slightly, giving baby Percy a view of her face, with her chubby and round cheeks. 

Looking at the her cheeks that seemed so soft and fluffy, Percy reached out and pulled at them. Astrea let him do what he wanted until he came closer to her with his mouth and slightly bit into her cheeks as if they were cotton candy.

Triton quickly dropped the camera and moved to pull Percy off their sister.

"No! Bad Percy! You don't bite! Bad!" He scolded and took him away from Astrea who was busy with her building blocks.

Percy's little face scrunched up in what looked like annoyance, as he used his hands that were balled into fists, to repeatedly smack his older brother.

"Ow! Stop that you little bit- Ow! No!" Triton shouted and then held Percy away from him but in his arms, unaware that the camera was still recording.

"Percy?" Astrea noticed him gone so she questioned and then teared up seeing that neither of her brothers with her

"WwAaaHhhh" she began crying loudly and Triton almost dropped Percy from surprise at her tone of voice. 

"Gods! Fine! You want him? Here!" Triton gave Percy to Astrea and plopped him down next to her. She immediately stopped crying and went to give him a hug, looking up at Triton with shining eyes.

"Aww, that's kinda cute" the eldest there admitted, and was about to pat her head before she and Percy both, slapped his hand away.

"No!" Both huffed before clinging onto each other.

Triton rolled his eyes and mumbled "you two are such little fuckers" not knowing her was perfectly in their range of hearing.

"Fuckes!" Astrea and Percy both repeated, causing Triton to turn towards them with widened eyes. "Fuckes. Fuckes. Fuckes." The toddlers kept on going and going.

"I'm going to die!" Triton groaned and clutched his head as he fell onto the sofa, trying to tune out the children's voices.

POSEIDON, AMPHITRITE, SIRIUS, AND SALLY enter the living room in high spirits and with smiles on their faces. They were greeted by the sight of Triton asleep of the sofa, and Percy cuddled with Astrea in their play-pen tent. 

Nothing seemed broken, there were no weird smells, and the children seemed clean and content in their sleep. 

The adults looked around and nodded, thinking that everything had gone fine. Until Sirius found the fallen camera which had ended up beneath the table, and behind a chair leg.

It was still on. 

The four turned towards the screen and played back on the video, smiling at the cute scene of Percy and Astrea hugging until what came next. Their expressions changed dramatically and once they were done with the camera they put it back on the table.

Looking at each other, they came to a mutual agreement. 

"We're never letting him babysit again are we?" Sally asked and received nods in return

"Never in a million years" answered Amphitrite

"It's official" started Sirius and Poseidon finished, "Triton is the worst babysitter ever."

And the adults left the scene with their kids, retiring to their rooms and leaving Triton to sleep on the couch. 

It seemed like a well deserved payment.
