Chapter 1 - My Cyber Life

Hi! I'm Erinna G. Griffin. (^v^)/

Please, please, don't laugh and make fun of my surname. (>///////<)

When I was elementary, my classmates found out that 'Griffin' is a beast. They neglected the fact that it is a guardian of the divine. Kids love to make fun of anything ( T3T)

But, I'm not a kid anymore and since Harry Potter was well-known. Lots of people calls me 'Gryffindor', even the teachers.

Know this line from the Sorting Hat?

"You might belong in Gryffindor,

Where dwell the brave at heart,

Their daring, nerve and chivalry

Set Gryffindors apart"

I'm not BRAVE at all. I'm afraid of many things like stage fright or facing my classmates to discuss or report the topic assigned to me. (T.T)

I'm a shy person but maybe I'm just an introvert, too. I just learned about extrovert and introvert recently. Yep, I prefer being alone or talking to one person at a time. I'm not good at group of friends. I'll stay quiet and just listened to them.

At home, I doesn't go out to hang out with friends and relatives. I always locked myself in my room and turned on my computer, mobile phone or television.

Finally, I'm home. As I walk heading to my home, I was introducing myself in my mind as if I'm talking to someone. My mind just couldn't shut up. (o.o)

I quickly went upstairs to enter my pinkish room. I preferred pink because for me it symbolize HAPPINESS.

I sat on my white ergonomic chair, faced the screen of my computer and wore my headphones in my head.

Time to enter the cyber world!

A medium or energy will sip one-fourth of my soul away from my body. As I travel from a digital tube, my face and dress changed. The computers could tell what you should look like base on your inner personality.

My hair, eyes and outfit were blue and black! I wonder why I am so in blue? My favorite color is pink, black and brown. But I don't have any problem to other colors.

My hair was pigtailed. Maybe, because my inner self was still childish or immature?

"Welcome home!" two voice greeted me together. One has gentler voice and the other one has an energetic one.

When I completely entered the cyber world, I saw my virtual pets.

The gentle voice is from Mimi and the energetic one is from Nana. They are a creature not an animal. They have long ears where the end of it are wings. They have red eyes and their two feet are similar to a rat.

The difference between these two are their colors and personality. Mimi is a white one with a gold halo and Nana is a black one with red horns. I bet you would guest what their personality is. Who is the Nice and who is the Naughty.

"Do you have a homework? I'll help you," Mimi quickly offered a help.

"NO! Let's PLAY! Let's Play!" Nana would temp me.

"I'll do home works first. It's pretty easy. I'll just have to research and print them. After that, let's play and watch anime," I told them.

I flew up in the screen until I reach the Google Chrome. I opened a window and started searching. Within just forty minutes, I have printed my assignment.

"Time to play!" Nana cheered.

I pitched her cheeks and disagreed with her, "No, let's watch Shugo Chara."

"How about dinner? You should eat with your family," Mimi concerned again which made me dropped Nana's cheeks. She groaned in pain.

"Mimi, we don't eat together. We have different preference of time of eating. I'll eat when my stomach hungrily called me," I told her.

"No! Let's watch an action one!" Nana argued.

"Then, let's have a race," I smirked at her. "One... two..."

Gaaahhh! (ODO) Cheater! Nana flew quickly without my 'Go!'

However, I still won the race. Because I cheat back. I quickly grabbed her ears and throw her away. Nyaahahahaha. *evil laugh*

I watched Shugo Chara. I could relate in the main character, Amu Hinamori. She's calm and steady outside but deeply lots of emotions are being let out inside her. I also wish I can bring my true self. But, I guess this is really me, keeping my other personality privately.

And that's how my life is.

I'll just go and watch. The opening song is about to end....

Oh there goes episode 23....
