Site 819 is a site known for the terror of the foundation personnel workers. The site was huge having thousands of SCPS contained within the site for testing purposes and keeping it safe from humanity knowing just like the other sites. The site appeared normal, maybe a bit more powerful, and had more respect like some sites such as Site 19 and Site 16. Not many sites knew what was going on inside the site. And if anybody did, the site would do everything it could to get those specific persons terminated or MIA (Missing in action). 819 doesn't want anybody to know the dark secrets hidden inside the site.
During the year 1970, the site grew darker inside but shined light on the outside. Which would appear to look like the golden child of the family but in reality they had hatred and depression inside for their family. 819 was exactly like the golden child. They may seem innocent and skilled. But the morals within the building were nothing but fear, pain, and hatred. Nobody dared to stand up against the O5 council for fear of what they may do to them, their friends, or worse. Their loved ones. Those who disobeyed orders were brought to the O5 council and were either punished or worse. Killed.
10 years later
The site created three new units to support their needs. Black Scorpions (BSN) is a unit for containing SCPS. In the name "scorpions" like what most scorpions do they inject venom into their prey. Well BSN throws gases if necessary to stun the SCPS. Using all sorts of drugs to make containment/experimenting more safer and more easier. The next unit was Black Aces (BAC). They were like your SD (Security department) or your ISD (Internal Security department) Their job was to make sure anybody who tried to harm the O5 councils, threaten, or betray the site would be KIA (Killed in Action). Lastly, there was The Ruthless Stealth Corps" (TRSC). This unit was almost like the UiU and the IA (Intelligence Agency). Anything dirty Site 819 did would be covered up quickly. Especially any illegal trades or classified missions that weren't supposed to be found out by other sites. If anybody finds out the truth, it is TRSC's job to report it to the BAC so they can handle it.
As years flew the site morals grew worse. Foundation personnel were almost like robots. Rarely smiling only smiling when they were on breaks making dark jokes or secretly talking about their family/past life before they joined this site. The O5 council being unhappy about this created a new unit. Red Wolves. RWS. Like wolves, they're a pack. A team. A team of elites who do the bidding of BSN, BAC, and TRSC work and higher-up missions if needed. They're the most prized units the O5 council has. RWS contained 5 commanders but eventually, each commander died from either being killed by the chaos insurgents or by SCPS. Or worse.. the O5 council.
When the previous leaders were killed because of a CI agent. (Chaos Insurgent/Chaos insurgency) They had to use a new subject. A new commander. A young one that they can mold... and would would that be? The council didn't know yet. They couldn't find anybody worthy. But one day, Site 819 kidnapped a few teenagers due to an SCP being within their school. They didn't kill the teenagers or erase their minds. They kept them to be molded into their creations.
