Gojo x Reader (morning cuddles)

Authors notes - Heeeyyy ! this is my first one shot and im writing it at 5am.. yes i know i need to get a life but oh well this one-shot may or may not be based on a c.ai chat teehee (look its not my fault I'm super un inspired right now) before i start i just wanna say that i am anime only for now as I'm getting the maga for my birthday (that is rlly soon!) soo sorry if i say something that wouldn't make sense for manga readers.

small summary - You and gojo are dating and have been together for awhile and over that time he's become very attached to you. You and him are cuddling in bed and hes not willing to let you go and get up.

The morning sunlight filtered through the curtains casting a warm glow over the cozy bedroom. You stirred in bed as the sunlight hit your face mumbling slightly "mmm.." you roll over feeling the soft sheets against your skin. As you unwillingly opened your eyes blinking away the sleepy feelings lingering you shifted slightly only to find yourself wrapped in the strong embrace of  your boyfriend Satoru. His arms wrapped around your midriff holding you close against his chest his head buried in your neck.

You tried to move slightly from his grasp so you could sit up doing your best to not disturb Satoru to your dismay doing this only lead him to pull you back in even closer he muttered something softly against your neck that you didn't quite catch. "hmm?" you hummed in a questioning tone "good morning love" he reinstated this time loud enough for you to hear him, his voice laced with drowsiness as it tickled your ear when he spoke sending a shiver down your spine. You couldn't help but smile turning your body to face him snuggling deeper into his embrace "Good morning Satoru." you spoke in a soft tone brushing some of his snowy white hair out of his face before resting your hand on his cheek laying your head against his strong chest. You lay there with him content listening to his heart beat softly through his chest before remembering you had a mission today.. you sighed as you attempted to detangle yourself from his embrace a playful pout formed on your boyfriends lips. "Do you have to get up? Can't we just stay like this all day?" he said opening his eyes looking down at you trying to escape his hold he gave you his best puppy dog eyes keeping the small pout glued to his face. You chuckled softly, tracing lazy circles on his chest "As much as I'd love to Satoru i have a mission today remember? it should be fairly easy only a few lower grade curses"

Gojo groaned tightening his hold around you as if to prevent you from leaving. "But I don't want you to leave this bed. I just want to hold you forever" he protested his voice muffled as he buried his face into the crook of your neck pouting he really did sound like a child. You laughed feeling torn between the comfort of his arms and the responsibility of your duties. "As much as I'd love that i can't neglect my duties Satoru, Do you know how much of a pain the higher ups would be if i just didn't show up to my assigned mission" Gojo sighed pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. "Ugghhhh i hate those old geezers at the top do you know how annoying they are.." He trailed off slightly as he kissed your forehead again "But can't we just stay in bed for a little longer? I promise I'll make it worth your while." His pleading gaze melted your resolve quicker then the sun melting a ice cream on a summer day and you found yourself sinking back into his embrace "fine.." After laying with him for another 20 minutes or so, you turned your head to look at the clock it read 8.23am if you stayed in bed with him any longer you'd be late.. the pressing matters of the day pulled you back to reality as you sighed reluctantly  you began to wiggle yourself from his embrace but Gojo tightened his grip refusing to let you leave as he shifted his body completely laying on top of you "Not yet," he murmured his voice laced longing as he playfully smirked knowing you were trapped beneath him "Just a few more minutes, please" you sighed still trying to sit up "Was that a open ended question? because your not really giving me a option" He giggled at your comment.

You couldn't help but chuckle at his playfulness trying to suppress the urge to give in to his irresistible charm. "As much as I'd love to Satoru i really can't afford to be late," you reminded him gently as your fingers trailing along his back in a soothing gesture. Gojo's expression softened imminently as he felt your touch and he let out a melodramatic sigh but he eventually rolled off you allowing you to sit up. "Fine," he grumbled his pouting became more prominent  as he released you from his grasp. "But you owe me some cuddles later, got it?" You smiled nodding your head as you leaned down to press a sweet kiss to his lips. "I promise," you assured him as you swiftly got out of bed. As you got ready for the day ahead you couldn't shake the feeling of Gojo's arms around you daydreaming of the moment you could come home and fall asleep in his arms.
