Feeling everything all at once
is as suffocating as
feeling nothing.
Feeling lonely and empty at the same time
is as  suffocating as
feeling nostalgic without knowing why.
You can remember the feeling,
yet you can't remember the memory.
You can remember the smell,
without knowing how and why.
You may even want to go back to that moment
you don't even remember anymore.
I wonder...
Why do we even remember what we felt
but never the reason for it?
Why do we remember the smell
but never the memory of it?
Why do we even wished to go back
to something our memory have hidden from us?
Probably because...
We just want to feel what we felt before,
and not reconstruct what has happened.
And probably we just want to feel something again,
after feeling nothing for a long time.
