"Whatt?"-Shu was in a total shock.
"God, this day can't get any worse than this..!!"-y/n whined sadly putting her head down on her desk.
Y/n was lost in thoughts when someone called out...
"Hey you, 5:pm at my place."-Niki said and left. "Such a grumpy tone he has."-Shu complains. "I'll be heading out to the library for some books for tomorrow's test preparation."-y/n says and left the room.

"Umm...where is it?, oh gotcha!"-y/n takes the book, also as the bell rang so she headed towards the gate. While leaving she texted Shu that she got some urgent work as her aunt ordered to arrive home early today. "I wonder what's the emergency that she called me early."-y/n thought.

As y/n opened the door, she saw something unexpected!
It was her dad sitting in the couch in the living room with lots of presents.
"Ah..y/n my girl you have grown alot."-her dad gets up for a hug but y/n stepped back-"Obviously, it's been 5 fucking years since you left me alone with aunt when mom died and what do you think I'll be happy with those presents...huh! Only a phone call daily would have made me happy but no... Anyways thanks you may now take them out."-y/n storms up to her room and slams the door.
"That's what I expected to happen, I told you that it was a bad idea.."-y/n's aunt said.

"I'm heading out"-y/n told her aunt and left.
"Shit it's almost 5:15 pm..I'm late!"-y/n took out her phone and followed the given address.
"I hate you dad."

*Doorbell ringing.*
"You are late miss!"-Niki opens the door and saw y/n with red eyes {cause she cried before not much noticeable tho~}. Really sorry, I got some works to do before."-y/n says with a gloomy face. "Ah! Come in now "- as Niki closes the door.

"So let's start with Latin literature."–y/n said and takes out a notebook.
"Latin is boring"-Niki rolled his eyes...

Niki yawns and thought -"I've paid attention and it was a clean shot. She indeed is a smart one."..stares at y/n.
Y/n lifts her head up, "Got some doubts?"
"No"-Niki replies as he looked away...and was embarrassed on being caught staring.
..Soon they had some donuts, together...
"Hmm..he is rude but not heartless."-y/n thought 💭.

"Thanks for the donuts and so I'll be leaving now, byee."-y/n was about to leave when Niki stopped her and said.."wait, I'll drop and it's already late."
