Wen Chao is greatly humiliated by Lans, now it’s his chance to regain his honour by bring back Xue Yang. Though his father Order him only bring him back he will gladly kill his way out and wiped out Nie Sect if possible. He is ready for surprise attack and conquer the Strongest sect leader Nie Mingjue but something is off. Oh Nie sect is prepared for the attack but their spy didn’t say anything is he discovered? Someone identified their spy no it’s not good, he cannot lose again, he had to win against Nie sect against Wen Xu to prove his worth. So he order his solider as planed to attack, Nie sect building is not some glorious building but more like a fortress for war. Wen solider cannot even cross the front line let alone the Fortress.

As expected from wen sect they are planing to surprise attack on Lan and Nie sect at the same time. Nie Huaisang discussed this with his brother and systemically he sent the message to Sect Leader Jin about the death of his bastard son Meng Yao as he was a spy for Wen and Jin sect at the same time. As Meng Yao still don’t know that he is discovered he act his role as always he do and as they expected Jin Guanshah went Wen Sect to sell information to save his buttock. Nie brothers plan their strategy with their only trusted right hand man Nie Jonghai, as Nie Jonghai will be in front line defence, Nie Mingjue will be in second line offence and Nie Huaisang will be responsible for third line defence of their fortress or their Home. This methods are quite effective as none predicted that Nie Mingjue leave fortress for offensive attack so it’s totally blood bath. Nie Mingjue has no claim or tension for his baby brother nor his home he just enjoying his brutal killing game and his only priority is protect himself as he promised his brother and now have his soon to be husband who is waiting for him. He had to finished this as quickly as possible, on top of that wei wuxian's defensive barrier giving them an enormous advantage that Nie Jonghai is able to hold on in front line.

Their is no way Wen Chao or his solider can survive forget about success but Meng Yao help Wen Chao and Wen Zulio to enter Second line offence to attack on Nie Mingjue. If the king fall who care about his people and some wen solider went with Meng Yao to bring Xue Yang's dead body but this is their only and worse mistake, they don’t know that the real threat is not Nie Mingjue but an idol dandy Nie Huaisang who is the real sentinels of Nie fortress. Wen Solider went to get Xue Yang's body and Meng Yao went after Nie General to kill him for insulting him, when he is second apart to kill him someone slashed his back. Meng Yao look back but before he say or do anything a red eyes Nie Huaisang move his bloody decorated fan and behead Meng Yao in one go. Apparently Nie Huaisang come all along killing the wen solider meng yao bring with him. Nie General is totally horrified to his situation as he always insult second young master nie inside his head and the very idiot save his poor life, who is looks no less blood thirsty than sect leader Nie Mingjue.

Nie Huaisang : "Protect the third line defence, i am going to help da ge!"

Before he say anything nie Huaisang left with no way Nie General composed himself and order the solider under him to give extra attention. Nie Huaisang reached offensive line and kill his way to his brother but he could not find his Da Ge. Nie Huaisang cannot accurately attack from this distance his Golden Core is not that strong nor his skills reached that level yet. Fast time he coursed himself for his incompetence and attart on Wen Zulio from distance fuel his Golden core with his life force. Still he is not succeed to kill wen Zulio and someone slashed his chest as he become week and fall on his knees. All he hear is a loud scream from his brother 'a-sang!' oh my da ge is okay that's all i desire with this thought nie Huaisang fall unconscious.

Nie Mingjue is enjoying his killing game as the spoiled blood helping his cultivation and Baxia is dancing with him but suddenly he felt his baby brother's arua, as he shouldn’t be here when he look back he saw a bloody hand some step farther Wen Zulio which hand is cut down by Nie Huaisang from a long distance slashed. He look up to his brother but a lowlife wen solider slashed his baby brother. He lost his mind totally as he killed everyone in front of him before he killed Wen Chao, Wen Zulio activate a teleportation talisman and sent Wen Chao away but he himself could not left as Nie Mingjue already chop off his head before he fully activated his teleport talisman. When Wen Chao run away and Wen Zulio is dead wen solider also start to run as Nie solider also run after them. In the battle field only left mountain of dead body. Fifty-two Nie discipline is dead, they don’t have any elder as they all died after forty, and small injury is not countable as they don’t even treat them, their cultivation already heal their small injury itself. Almost one hundred and forty Nie discipline are seriously injured so it’s a great victory as they don’t even able to toke away a dead body.

It’s almost mid night Nie Huaisang still didn’t woke up, Nie Mingjue got news about Lan Sect's great victory as Wei Wuxian inform him at dusk. Nie head healer told him that, "to attack from this long distance with an average Golden Core Nie Huaisang used his life force to insure his accurate hit. If not his extremely high control of his Fan he couldn’t able to hit Wen Zulio nor save Nie Mingjue and as a result Nie Huaisang also should have been killed." If it’s another time Nie Mingjue would have beat Nie Huaisang but now he cannot. His baby brother put his life in line to save his life, how much he trust his big brother will turn the table if he save his brother. So how can Nie Mingjue be angry at his brother? He is just disappointed in himself as he couldn’t save himself as he promised and bring down his baby brother. His thought cut him as he hear a weak 'da ge'.

Nie Huaisang : "Da ge, hold me, i am scared to lose you."

Everyone is packing their remaining but at noon wen solider attack them, when they could not find wen ning they start to kill everyone in process they killed a-yuan's parents in front of the small child. Wen Qing hide in backyards with wen popo now her only way to save this child is sent them away but popo is too old to run.

Wen Qing : "Popo, wen rohan order them kill everyone and bring A-ning and me, so i never hold back as none left for me."
"Others are safe with a-niang, popo listen, wen rohan don’t kill me or hurt me physically, he needs me or my expertise, popo run towards the South -East forest, when you found lan discipline or anyone from lan sect tell them you are here for wei wuxian."

Wen Qing : "a-yuan, you are a big boy right!"

Then she come in front of the wen solider and in front of her they killed remaining villager, she just silently cried didn’t even make a sound. They brought wen qing to sun palace and report that they killed wen ning in process First wen rohan got furious then didn’t say anything anymore and tell her treat his sons. Wen Qing Didn’t even bother to speak or bow she never lower her head either as her face is total blank. Her expression only give a vibe she don’t care anything even her life. Wen Qing now saw a very Afraid Wen Chao she toke her hand and examined him. He is just too afraid nothing else she then give him a kick and said wen rohan in  displeasure, 

Wen Qing : "He is just a Coward, did you expected anything from him!"

Wen Rohan just give her a nod and called someone toke her to Wen Xu. When Wen Qing reached the healer pavilion and saw Wen Xu her heart filled with happiness as she unconsciously give an evil smile inside her head and maintain a blank face. She never thought that Lan's canbe this brutal she expected this for Wen Chao as he gone after Nie Mingjue. Wen Xu's sword hand is brutally cut down from it's base in one go so he cannot even use prosthetic hand. His left leg also chop off from his knee but it was possible to attached his leg not now as wen solider didn’t bring back his cut off leg so he have to use prosthetic if he want to stand on his foot again. Currently Wen Xu is unconscious from excessive blood loss, she just treat him and write a details report to wen rohan as she don’t even want to see him let alone speak.
