Mrs Johnson: you are back so soon
Roseline: yes mom. that jerk of a boss is so so annoying.

Mr Johnson: what happened?

Roseline: that jerk gave me work that has been done by his father for me to do.

I knew there was something wrong when he gave me work late night.

Mr Johnson: just follow him gradually

Mrs Johnson: yes child, don't let him get to your skin.

Roseline: it's not that easy. he doesn't even like me.

Mr Johnson: do you want him to like you?

Roseline: Dad, don't go towards that direction please. that jerk is designed to be single

Mrs Johnson: by the way, you haven't replied to the question

Roseline: o yes. the jerk Father asked me to go home and rest for today.

Mrs Johnson: alright. go rest then.

Mr Johnson: by the way, we are expecting a guest this evening.

Roseline: who?

Mr Johnson: an old friend of mine. we met at a dinner party yesterday.

Roseline: alright then. let me go rest a little.

Raphael: you are cheating

Lucas: how? just because I'm winning doesn't mean I'm cheating.

Raphael: you are cheating. how comes you are beating me in this ludo game. I remembered back then when I was the one always winning.

Lucas: that was back then not now

Raphael: I give up

( they both started laughing).

Lucas: anyway, what about what we discussed the other day

Raphael: remind me.

Lucas: about helping me out with Miss Benson

Raphael: I won't lie to you, I haven't spoken to my sister about it yet but when I get home I promise to talk to her . let see if she can be of help.

Lucas: alright . thanks bro.

that same evening...

Mr Smith: wao, your home looks good man

Mr Johnson: thanks man.
Mrs Johnson: please come have a sit

Mr Johnson: how is your wife and the children?

Mr Smith: they are all fine. the children are big now.

Mr Johnson: wao, I have two children, male and female.

Mr Smith: really! how old is the Lady if you don't mind

Mrs Johnson: she is 27

Mr Smith: ( smiling). that's good. is she seeing anyone?

Mr Johnson: we don't think so.

Mr Smith: alright . my son is single and he  will be 30 in a month time.

Mr Johnson: are you planning on pairing them together?

Mr Smith: what do you think

( they all started laughing. latter on, Mr Johnson told him how they came about Roseline).

Mr Johnson: she is still your child, so it does not matter. thanks for telling me thou . by the way, where are they?

Mrs Johnson: they are not around at the moment. Roseline just stepped out.

Mr Smith: no problem. probably next time I will get to see them. allow me to invite you all to my home this weekend.

Mr Johnson: no problem. just send the address to us.

Mr Smith: alright then
( Mrs Johnson left them to go get drinks. ).
