(Makotos POV)

sigh "first day at hopes peak academy..."
I should be excited... why am I so nervous?
I guess.... I just miss my family's already... or am I worried I'm not enough For this school...? Shit... I hope I can get accustomed to this place...
I walked to the big doors of hopes peak and I entered the school... It was almost empty, but I wasn't that surprised.
It was past school hours and a Monday.
I had gotten my dorm number and walked down the halls...
it was so much bigger than I could imagine.
I had heard that we would be sharing a room with one other person, I hope their nice...!

I got to my dorm and reached for the door knob... but... I hesitated... for some reason I was so scared...?
I guess I was worried that I wouldn't like my roommate...
or maybe that they wouldn't like me...?
I took a deep breath and opened the door...

I saw... not to sound creepy but a really good looking guy... he was tall, blonde with beautiful blue eyes... he was... dreamy... I shook those thoughts out of my mind...
He was reading a book while sitting on his desk.
"H-hey! You must be my new Roomma-"
before I could finish my sentence he cut me off.
"I don't speak to commoners like you. His cold yet annoyed tone of voice spat at me...
Oh..! He's one of those people... shit...
"hehe... could I atleast get you name..?"
"Byakuya togami."
"I'm Makoto naegi..!"
Byakuya scoffed and turned back around. Not facing me anymore.

I quietly put my stuff away and left the room...
just my luck... a roommate that hates me already... just great... why couldn't I get a roommate that likes me...?
when I left the dorm I bumped into two girls...

One was short and hyper the other tall, buff and serious.
"Hey...! You must be the other students?" I said, I was still upset about the whole byakuya thing... but I forced a smile.
"Hey your the new kid! I'm Aoi Asahina! Nice to meet you!"
she aggressively shook my hand... it hurt, but I just laughed. "This is Sakura ogami!"
I nervously waved.
"Hello" she said.
"Why the long face?" Asahina asked.
"O-oh..! Nothing! It's Just... I barely got here and I think... I think my roommate already hates me.."
"WHAT?! Why would you think that?" Asahina yelled.
"He's just... he's kind of ignor-"
"Yes, why would you think that naegi?"
The familiar tone of voice... the coldness... ran chills down my spine...
"hey... byakuya..."
I turned around hesitantly...
"And why is he here...?" Asahina and Ogami asked.
"Hes...Sigh...my roommate...."
"Oh shit..." Asahina said sounding more serious.
"Naegi. I am a good person and a kind one at that." His cold voice said.
"Then why wer-"
"except to commoners like you." His smirk pissed me off... but it was more fear than anger...
"leave him alone!" Asahina defended me... "Go Piss off someone else!" togami finally walked away.

"sorry about him... he's always a JERK!
"Yeah.. you'll get used to it" Sakura said with her stern tone of voice.
"I hope so..."
"Well... in a few hours we're having a welcome party..! Maybe that'll cheer you up?"
Yeah...
"yeah..! Maybe..."
After a few hours I meet everyone and had a pretty good time..! I did enjoy it less since byakuya was all alone when he was there... but he left halfway during the little "welcome party" we had... I don't know why it upset me so much that he wasn't there... anyways...
So far the people I'm closest with are kirigiri, maizono, and Asahina...
but I want to get closer with byakuya... but he seems to still completely ignore my existence...
but it's my goal to get closer to him... he seems so mysterious... yet attra-... huh... never mind... I headed too my room and went inside.

"Hey byakuya...!"
"Dont address me like we are friends."
"Why are you so... why have you been so cold towards me...?"
"Because I don't need commoners like you in my life trying to change my ways"
Sigh "well okay..."
I got ready for bed brushed my teeth, put on my pajamas... all that stuff... I laid on my bed
"good night togami..." my voice was followed With silence... then byakuya had gotten up and also got ready for bed... he laid on his bed reading for a little while... until I heard the click of his lamp being turned off... that was a LONG day...

I was trying to sleep but togami was all on my mind... was it because he annoyed me..? Or... his eyes...? His soft hair... his handsome fac-...wait...? WHAT?! What am I thinking..?! We just meet?! Do I really think like this?! No! Yes? Kinda... Sigh... let's just...hope tomorrow will be a better day... Hope.
