Unforgettable

Chapter 4

I awaken to the loud noise of my brother yelling in my ear "Get up!! we're gonna be late!" shit, i must've fell asleep last night. I sit up too fast, i feel dizzy. But i make my way to my bathroom to wash my face before anything else. Then i spray some dry shampoo in my hair, i'm so annoyed i didn't get to wash it.

As i'm fighting to put some random clothes on Ky is shouting for me to hurry up, he can't drive still so i need to take him everywhere. I tie my converse as fast as possible before rushing out the door. I unlock the car and he gets in the passenger side and chucks his bag on the floor, i get in after chucking my bag at him. I start the engine and we get going, what time even is it? i glance at my phone and its 8:00 am we're late. Normally my brother is always late so i don't know why he's so concerned this time.

I park at the school and we both get out, "Why are you so scared of being late today? you're always late!" i ask him as we're walking towards the school. "Because uhm, there's someone i was meant to meet up with before class.." i raise my eyebrows and give a smirk. "Oh yeah?" He shoves me and i do it back. We both enter the school and head off to our classes.

I enter the class and the teacher looks at me, "You're very late." she's mad. I take my seat and she tells me i have a detention for my 'tardiness'. Stupid old hag, no one actually likes this teacher. I bet Kyran has detention too, guess I'll see him there. Eventually the class ends and i have to head to my next one, as i'm leaving the classroom i see her the girl from my brothers party.

She's so beautiful, no wonder she has guys drooling over ever step she takes. If i were a guy - i would too.

I'm walking to my next class and i'm about to pass her, she looks at me. Our eyes lock, 2 seconds later her eyes are gone from my view, i smile. That gave me a warm feeling inside. A nice one.

It's now lunch time, and i go to put stuff away in my locker and who do i see? Leon, he's everywhere. "Hey! you ignored me yesterday." He says with some annoyance, i rolled my eyes at him and started walking away to the lunch hall, he's following me. I open the doors and the smell of food is overwhelming. I look about and see Kyran, i'll just sit with him. He doesn't normally care if i do or not.

I walk over and sit down infront of him, "Hey, you get a detention?" He smiles and says no, "What?! how!" i yell, no way he didn't get one.

"I just done something..." He says playfully, indicating he done something with the teacher. Which is a lie, he wouldn't. I think. I signed.

Moments later Leon sits next to my brother and smiles. Ugh. Someone else is coming over, Kyle. I look at him and he gives me this smirk, it's not a nice one. He keeps looking at me. Even when sitting down, even when talking to my brother. He won't let me go. Finally he breaks his weird look. I can feel my hands shaking, my palms are sweaty. I do not like him. He thinks he's Kyrans friend too, how funny. I get up from the table and head toward the toilets, i hurriedly make my way in as i'm catching my breath, i'm struggling to breath.

I grip the sink as i'm practically gasping for air, i can't go back. He keeps eyeing my down like i'm his prey..

As i'm trying to catch some air i feels someone's hands on my shoulders, "Hey hey it's okay, what happened?" a soft voice speaks from behind me. I look up at the mirror and see her again, the girl from the party, from the hall. I turn around and he hands remain on my shoulders. "I'm sorry, i just-" i pause, i can't tell her. She will probably think i'm so stupid. I shake my head. "Never mind." She gives me this look, i think my insides just rearranged themselves. I can't stop looking at her eyes, her blue eyes.

"Are you sure you're okay? you really don't seem it." She's worried for me. I nod my head at her and then i sit on the floor, i'm struggling to stand now, she follows me down. "I'm Kyra." She's smiles at me warmly, even her smile is enough to make me feel better. "Your name sounds similar to my brothers." i say, Kyra, Kyran. They're so similar.

She raises her eyebrow, "Yeah? what's him name." She asks me, i tell her it's Kyran and she has this look on her face, she knows him. "Wait, you're his sister? i didn't realise he had any siblings." By the way she said it i can tell it wasn't meant to be in a harsh way. Her long black hair is making her eyes stand out, seeing her skin in the light is making her look like an angel. She really is unforgettable.

"Yeah well i'm not like him, total opposite." I chuckle. She's still looking at me. It's making me blush a bit.

"Hold on, i swear i've seen you before - yeah, yeah! at that party Kyran threw and in the hallway earlier!" She seems happy at herself for remembering.

Surprised she did remember, "That's me!" i say. At this point we're just sitting here, she calmed me down a lot. "Thank you." I whispered. She gave me the warmest smile i've ever seen and said it's no problem. I may have just fell in love with this girl.

I stand up and brush my hands on my legs. She gets up after me and does the same, "I'm gonna head back to the table i was at, my brother is probably wondering where i went." I forgot that i just ran off.. "Yeah me too! See ya later." She says as i stare at her face, she has such soft features. She's walking away now, i don't want her too but she is. As she leaves the bathroom i sigh, i begin to walk out too.

i'm on a roll with writing icl. my brain rot is fading thankfully but i know that won't last long at all!
