I think it's pretty clear from the title that there's a lots of kissing involved.

Now, this kiss is relevant because it helps people to time travel.

So, basically Otaro known as Eight, works in  a host club. He manages to get tons of money from his girlfriends.

One day, he targets a girl named Mikoto. She will get 10 million yen as inheritance. That's why, he starts to pursue her.

But, a mysterious girl named Saiko arrives and kisses Otaro. The kiss kills the present him. However, he figures out that he has time travelled. He went back 1 week.

There's also Takauji who is Mikoto's ... let's say... brother? (There's many things involved)

Otaro is played by Kento Yamazaki

Otaro is played by Kento Yamazaki. He was absolutely phenomenal in this role. Kento is one of my favourite actors just look at his killer smile.

Otaro is Number 1 scum. He is a douche. Using people's feelings, for his benefit. When you get to know his backstory, you might feel bad. However, His relationship with Saiko was amazing.

He kind of deserved what happened in the end.

But, he gets major character development. He had the best arc in the series.

Then, we have Saiko played by Kadawagi Muki

Then, we have Saiko played by Kadawagi Muki . Saiko has the  "God's Gift" as Otaro calls her kiss. Her kiss kills the one she kissed and they travel back in time.

She is different from other female leads. She is shy but still headstrong.

Then, we have Takauji played by Mackenyu (how many ikemen does this series have 😭😭)

He nails this role. I won't talk much about him because it will be a spoiler .

Araki Yuko plays Mikoto. Whatever Otaro did with her was really bad. Playing with people's feelings is not good. My girl deserves someone better.

Suda Masaki plays Harumi, a homeless street musician

Suda Masaki plays Harumi, a homeless street musician. His character doesn't appear much in the series but trust me Harumi is really important for the story.

Reviews-

Acting- 10/10

Music - 10/10

Plot-9/10

Ending-10/10 (yes, I know I have complained a lot but when you have morally grey character what can you expect)

Rewatch value- 7/10 (I can't..Saiko is too precious)

Recommended- 💯. If you like morally grey lead characters and time travel dramas then, go ahead.

Additional- If you watch the drama( and you are like me), you should watch Todome no Kiss (Parallel) (at least episode 10, trust me you will feel good)

Tip- Somehow tolerate the first episode, it gets better. The 1st ep is a bit dull (because I dropped this series 3 times as I never managed to get through 1st ep)
