Another time skip since I can't be bothered to write about the funeral service anymore.

...

It was the end.
.. I completely forgot about the guy in the cage, and yeah he got sacrificed as I expected.. But.. I was almost unconscious the whole time and zoned out because I was focused on other things.

I waited outside the building for that other woman...

... Why am I accepting her offer?
And, even further, was she flirting with me? Like, did I just not get rejected? ... I suppose I'll find out later..

I noticed a figure in the corner of me eye. I turned my head only to see someone who wasn't her. It was one of the guests.
.. The one who didn't bring their chrysanthemum.
He looked away until he recognized who I was and took a double glance.

"I- you! Thank you so much for not telling anyone.. I brought it, I swear.. It just.. Disappeared-"
Before he finished, the woman came into view.

"Oh, uhm, I have to go, sorry. "
I dismissed him in a hurry and tugged on the nun's sleeve, beckoning her to hurry up.

She smiled awkwardly and began leading me to her place. Everytime I tried to start conversation I realized there's really nothing I can say, so I'll just wait.

.....

We arrived. She unlocked the door and allowed me to sit down in the living room.

".. Want some tea? And biscuits if they aren't expired.. "

I was delighted at the thought of tea. I'm still dehydrated from that nose bleed.

"Ooh, yes please! " I smiled at her gently and waited for her to leave before I start burying myself in my thoughts.

So...what's actually going on? Why am I here? We're both girls?! Is this even allowed?!
I continued half-panicking in my head until she entered the room. She was holding the hot part of the cup, allowing me to take the handle without hurting myself, and I did so hurriedly so she wouldn't get burnt.

She sat next to me and we talked a bit while drinking our tea, which was immaculate.

"Are you British? You make really good tea. " I said jokingly.

She laughed almost hysterically for a while until calming down.

"Ironically enough, I am.. "

After countless stupid conversations, I decided I should go home. Before I could stand up I realized our ankles were intertwined.
... I don't think there's a straight explanation for that.

I nervously laughed and left, bidding my goodbyes.

What I earned from that visit was the fact her name is marie, shes British, and I'm probably a lesbian.
