I slumped down on my bed, getting ready to sleep. It wasn't even that late, it was only 7pm, but I was exhausted. I got changed into a random T-shirt that was 3 sizes too big and put on some shorts, then I barricaded myself in pillows and my blanket. Am I seriously going back to that place ever again?.. I think not, even if Marie is there, I'm not a cultist.

It was morning. I didnt even consider going to work, instead, I changed into something comfortable and ate plain crackers in my bed. Don't I deserve a break after that yesterday?!
Yea and you guessed it, I heard a knock at my door!!!!!! My door was unlocked, so I let them keep hopelessly knocking until they discovered that.
"I'm home!! " I heard a faint laugh afterwards. It was Marie's voice.
I sighed helplessly. I forgot I told them where I live.
"Come down, you seriously don't appreciate someone walking with you to work? Are you even awake? Angelllll~!!"
They kept shouting at me until I gave in. I wasn't in my uniform but I came down the stairs to show them I am NOT going to that place again.
"I've known you for 2 days properly, and your already walking right into my house and shouting? "
"Yeah, it's not like you live with a husband .." she chuckled.
What is she suggesting? The fact he's dead? Woahhh, let's not go there!
"That's beside the point, but okay I suppose.. " I obviously didn't want to argue. I just wanted to rest.
"Listen, I'm not going to that place, I had no idea it was full of cultists.. Obviously you're an exception but I'm not a cultist.. Sorry. "
She continued to grin, then without any warning, took my hand.
"Okay, I'll see you! " She let go, and went on her merry journey to sacrificing innocent people!
