It had been just over a month since Harlow moved from San Jose to the bustling West Village in New York City. The city's bright lights and lively sounds were quite a change from the familiar sights of farm animals and agriculture in San Jose. Now, Harlow's days were filled with the exciting hustle and bustle of city life, where every street felt like a new adventure. Amidst the unpacked boxes and getting used to the city, she found comfort in her close group of friends she made at her new High school, MetroSide High (MTS for short) . She quickly found herself drawn to Harvey, who she met through a common link—Grayce, her newfound best friend.
Harvey's charisma and easygoing nature added a lot to Harlows friend group. He quickly became and adored character in their group and despite attending a different high school, Harvey seamlessly integrated into their close-knit circle.However recently , Harlow found herself spending most of her days with him, exploring hidden gems in the city, or, when apart, her mind was flooded with thoughts about him.
What was once a friendship now felt more complex, and Harlow found herself struggling with these newfound emotions. The lines between friendship and something more had blurred, and the lack of clarity left her questioning the nature of their connection. She had always seen him as a friend, and this unexpected shift brought a sense of confusion that constantly lingered in the background of her thoughts.
