It appears that the singer is finally out of control! Warbeck has been having her fill of fun these past days ⎯ a drunken sight to behold as she was photographed stumbling out of the exclusive club The Twisted Glory (see page 2) at four in the morning. Paparazzi that witnessed her fleeing recalled that she was clearly intoxicated and "unwell".
Despite her grandmother's legacy (Celestina Warbeck), one would expect the awe to have run dry for this family. But it appears quite the contrary. After the success of her debut album, Warbeck has been living on the spectacular high of her sophomore album.
Some might say that she is bold and clever for bringing a new phase of strength and rebellion in these dark, grim times. But from the majority of witches and wizards I've interviewed out in Diagon Alley, they have all argued that Caelia Jones-Warbeck needs to shut her mouth.
It's true that she's got quite a voice. Her charm is unmistakable. Men fall over their feet at the mere sight of her and I've read about fans fainting during her shows. Some even speculate if she's part Veela.
But I for one, loathe her character. Her lyrics are far too vague and vulgar. They fall flat too soon. Warbeck has ignited trends that make girls feel insecure and insignificant. She encourages the youth to engage in danger. And now, she is driving the direction of fashion towards profanity and indecency.
Is this wannabe singer worthy of such media and frenzy? How can this child still prance about in short skirts and flower crowns while our society is torn between a raging war? How does this make her worthy of a spotlight if she can't even wield it right?
Perhaps Warbeck should take some time away to work on her craft. I think that the world is growing tired of her loud voice and abhorrent habits. The youth needs a true celebrity to look up to and that person is certainly not her. Our people must come together and realize that perhaps we overvalue this "singer".
We are growing weary of Warbeck's reign in the music industry! Our society requires new sounds to stay afloat, and Caelia Jones-Warbeck may as well be drowning us.
