It's really crazy how much I've been missing Maki.

I've been struggling like crazy to go to sleep.

Usually, I fall asleep in the comfort of his arms, but right now, it's just me and the dark void that fills up the empty space of my room.

I decided to scroll on my phone, that's when I saw people making rude comments about me.

'she has no talent, no wonder she left.'

'oh gosh...hybe did us a favor by making her leave. she dragged everyone else down!'

'so happy she left...all she did was seduce maki! did you see the way he kept looking at her?!?'

And they went on and on.

There were very few people defending and supporting me, which I'm very grateful for, nonetheless, it was like a bandage to a stab.

The wound is still there.

My thinking was interrupted by a chime on my phone.

I just got a text.

I was really hoping that it was from Maki, but I couldn't help but to get disappointed when I figured that it was just Riki.

I set my alarm the next morning for 7:00 to give myself time to get ready with my hangout with Riki.

I was actually very excited, since he seemed like a really nice and kind person.

I washed up and decided to go bother Koharu.

"RuRu!" I shouted her name, "I'm bored!" I heard footsteps coming down the stairs.

I was met with a masculine figure before me.

"You're not Koharu..." I trailed off, looking up at Daigo.

"You're right. I'm better." he then made the standard 'chad face' and moved his eyebrows up and down.

I rolled my eyes and pushed his head away, "You stink. Go take a shower already."

He scoffed and headed to the bathroom.

I smiled in victory and turned on my phone to call Euiji to see what she was up to.

"OMG! IS THAT MIMI?!?"

"IS THAT JIJI?!?"

"HAHAHA but anyways how are you! You never text me anymore."

"I've been better. Still holding on I guess."

"Oh. Well I hope you can be happier!"

"Have you been thinking of Maki much?"

"Yeah, if I'm being honest. He just made such a huge impact on me, and I can't stop thinking about him."

"Even though I'm the one who broke up with him."

"That's not your fault Mimi and you know it."

"You did it for your guys' sakes."

"Yeah.."

"Also! I know you saw some of those comments about you."

"On social media."

"Just don't pay attention to those people."

"They don't know the first thing about you other than you being absolutely gorgeous."

"Hey... I'm not!"

"HAVE YOU NOT SEEN YOURSELF?!?" 

"EVEN MAKI HIMSELF SAID THAT YOUR VISUALS ARE OTHER WORLDLY."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"He really loves you, Mimi."

"More like 'loved'. He probably hates me now."

"You guys are so in love. I don't think he could ever truly hate you, and vice versa."

"Maybe.."

"Ah, Mimi, I just remembered we have a schedule today."

"I'll talk to you when I get home, yeah?"

"Yes, of course."

"Okay~ love you bestie!"

"Love ya too~"

I then waited for it to be around 9:45 before making my way to the cafe that Riki works at.

I was waiting at the bench, when my eyes landed on a rather familiar figure.

'It can't be..' I thought, accidently staring at him.

My eyes widened when he looked over to me.

He squinted his eyes and tilted his head.

Our semi-staring contest got cut short by a deep voice that behind me.

"Mari! Oh wait, Maki? I that really you?" Riki exclaimed in shock.

My heart stopped when Riki said his name.

So I wasn't hallucinating. 

"M-Maki." I whispered under my breath, I guess he heard me because when he was midway dapping-up Riki, he looked over at me.

"Wait... You guys know each other?" Riki asked.

Maki nodded.

"You guys know each other?" I asked, pointing at the both of them.

"Yeah! Maki's one of my best friends."
