Tale 43. Look who's back!

Thad, Hank, and Khan peek out who is outside and they are shocked about who are those guys...

It's them ... The scouts... The remnants had gathered all they had left under the leadership of commander Ignitus

Ignitus was Perseus's right-hand man and one of his trusted people,  in duty. He was lucky enough to find Khan considering he is important to the case of the solver which is Perseus's legacy before his death

"Mr Doorman! Surrender now before we shoot this house down!" Warns Ignitus

They all didn't answer

"This is your last chance!" Ignitus warns him again

Hank was really mad which resulting him having no choice than have to come out and point his shotgun, but as he walked out. He stopped for a while and look back to them as a preparation signal to defend themselves in case something bad happens

Thad rushed to the shop and pick several shotguns and some ammunition, Khan was confused and asked why he had to do this without Hank's permission either

"Wait, Thad?! what are you doing?!"Ask Khan

"I'm sorry Mr Doorman... but this is between life or death... Now get to the back door for your safety sir!" Said Thad to Khan as he gave instructions to go to the back door

As Hank tries to face them. Ignitus told him to get off and let them clear the way but one of the troops saw Khan running away. But Thad anticipated it by shooting two Scouts and while Ignitus was distracted, Hank threw a smoke grenade and decided to go with Thad and Khan to the location that they were looking for

Meanwhile, Sonicwave wakes up from his weird dream where he was ordered by Doll to find her in an underground laboratory with a "designated partner".

Sonicwave also found a mysterious note that says

"A mysterious guy with the hood is coming for you, he has a wicked eye and is also a sadistic person, But don't worry, he will help you on this journey"

He reads this and as he tries to regain his consciousness, there's a knock on the door.

"Who's there?" Sonicwave asks as he opens the door

It was Indigo, He came by to Sonicwave's house for some reason

"Are you... Sonicwave?" Indigo asks

"Well ... Yea... Thats me... Why?" He asked

Indigo showed something on his hand which it turns out was the same page. But the sentence reads

"A smart wizard with green eyes, good at alchemy, and a programmer is coming for you, He would be a friend of you and brothers of curse"

"Well then... Seems like we have been chosen by the same person" said Sonicwave

Indigo nodded at him because he does remember his encounter with Doll, But his question was how he was able to be known by her.

Sonicwave went to his house and prepared his stuff in his bag, he's asking Indigo for...

"Ready for adventure mate?" Sonicwave asked

Indigo just nodded with a smile

Hours later in the labs, Khan, Hank, and Thad have found the ruined entrance gate and as they discover well deeper, they find the most notable intro, Corpses of Disassembly drones nearby.

"Who could've been done this?" Khan asked

Hank knew the entire thing as he decided to approach one console and introduce to them... The Sentinel bots

"Those guys who did it ... And they were not nice to us," said Hank as he introduced the sentinels

"Sentinels?.... But why?" Thad asked

Hank explains

"A yellow demon AI has taken over all of the Drone's programs which resulted in a takeover of these drones' mind program. To avoid this, the company decided to create these "Velociraptor dogs" to make sure this area is still guarded"

"Well, that's really good right...? Because they only targeted Disassembly drones...?" Ask Khan

Hank warns them in a serious tone

"No... They kill anybody... Even us..."

They all shocked

"Is there any solution for all of this?" Ask Thad

Hank answered

"There is.... but hard. All we have to do is just avoid their boot looping light, but these guys are fast and agile, so better to say is... We gotta be careful at facing them"

"Unless...."

Thad saying it while he's holding a shotgun. Boy he knows what he's doing

Lucky enough for them since the three of them were walking step by step and sometimes hiding in a small desk with walls covering it, while they were in the middle of the run, Suddenly all the sentinels were silent and all of them were immediately walked to a single opened door... It was like someone was remoting them to go there...

"What? Who did this?" Khan asks

"It doesn't matter old man, at least we survived. Come on we're almost there!" Said Hank while he holds the holographic map

As the three were close to the elevator, they found it. It all has been ruined, nothing has left. Even the remainings of a cable are nowhere to be found. But Hank has another idea while he unpacks his bag. He released a rope with an attachment on the top, the reason is so they were able to go down... Manually

"Who's first?" Hank's asks

Khan just took the rope and glided down followed by Thad. And lastly, Hank comes in. But they won't remove the rope .. so if they wanted to go back, probably they won't facing hard climbing
