What on Earth Have I Gotten Myself Into?

After a long couple days full of packing, promises to call every night and a lot of travel, we got to where we are now. On a bus taking Pixie and I to UA. It's about a week before school begins but moving into and settling into dorms takes a while. Especially since we are complete strangers to each other. I may have outside knowledge about my soon to be classmates but I'm not going to allow any of it to impact how I treat them. In our acceptance letter we were told to pack up and ship the majority of our things to UA so nobody has to carry anything heavy up stairs. I marked the boxes as instructed to make sure I got everything. We're apparently coming into the dorms by floor and I'm in the last group. I hope that my classmates are nice. As I start to tremble slightly, Pixie wraps one of her ribbons around my wrist.

I softly say "Thank you Pixie."

Oh, I almost forgot to explain soulmates. So the idea is that when you touch your soulmate for the first time a mark will appear on both of their bodies. The marks represent your soulmate in some fashion. Like a quirk, personality trait or just what your soulmate is to you. Got it? Great! That is only half of it. Soulmates also can use a half strength version of the other's quirk! Good news though, soulmates can only begin accessing each other's quirk after quite a trust has been built. So that's a relief.

Oh, I guess that we're here. Heights Alliance. Where I will either make friends, be an acquaintance or be hated. Whatever happens next, it's going to be interesting.

I step off the bus and walk over to UA's gate.

Here we go, wish me luck.

I walk through the gate and my adventure truly begins.
