The Brazilian Grand Prix was once again promising for the Ferrari driver, who managed to run a good qualify, although this was due to a sudden change in the weather. He could start from second place next to Max.

- The wind was very rough in the straight. – Max told him, who was also convinced that he had managed to get the pole.

- Yes, but the rain was also brutal, it didn't even rain, but still the car behaved like that. – agreed Charles, who was shaken by the lightning.

- Are you still afraid?

- Well, I don't like it. – nodded faintly the Ferrari driver, who watched from the depths of the garage as the mechanics tried to keep the cars safe from the storm.

Max was not surprised by Monaco's behavior, since they had known each other since childhood and his rival had always hated lightning, and as before, Max tried to distract him from it. Charles was grateful for the gesture, even if he couldn't show it to the Dutch pilot in front of the cameras, although he was still drinking in every word. Pierre had already told him more than once that he looked at Max like a puppy waiting for his master's attention. Of course, Charles always shakes his head indignantly at this, but looking back at the broadcasts and pictures of the competition, he had to realize that he was right. He couldn't hide the fact that he looked up to Max.

- Come to the wall to take a picture. – said one of the directors to them, so the Dutchman followed him towards the FIA sign.

Charles's heart poundedin his throat when he felt Max's warm touch on his back. Again.

They usually put their arms around each other when taking pictures, but now Lance not even get ready for the photo, but the two pilots already stand close to each other. Charles doesn't mind it, it's just look little funny. Max handles it so naturally, still Charles can't think about anything but his rival touch in his body. So warm.

After the qualify on Friday, they already had to take part in another qualifying, as it was the last sprint weekend of the year. The sprint qualification was soon followed by the sprint race, which was won by Max shortly before Lando Norris, and Charles was only fifth. Every point counted in the championship, but the full points were awarded in the main race, and the Monaco driver tried to concentrate on that.

The weather on Sunday was favorable for them, and there was no trace of the end-of-the-world atmosphere like Friday, so he was excitedly waiting to fight with the Dutch driver for the victory from the second starting place.

Max was really looking forward to the battle he missed the previous weekends, so at the end of the warm-up lap he looked to the side to see on his red rival in his rearview mirror.

However, Charles Leclerc's car was not in the second position.

- What happened to Charles? – He asked his team on the radio.

- Technical error, he had to stop. – GP answered him immediately.

- Fuck it! – Max cursed, knowing how upset Charles would be.

Just like for the Monaco driver, the race did not start so well for the other teams either, because they immediately started with a red flag when several of them collided from behind. After that, the race was uneventful for Max and Lando, close to each other, but thanks to Red Bull's dominance, Max easily won the next race. The Dutch driver was happy with his victory, but again he had to leave a race weekend dissatisfied because his rival didn't even have a chance to start the race due to Ferrari's repeated weakness.

When the required events were ended, Max immediately went for search of the Monaco driver, who may have already left the track, but he definitely wants to talk to him. In the end, Andrea Ferrari was, who helped Max find the pilot, who was sitting on the ground behind the Motor Homes. He was not in a good mood.
