13. a. Finding Out The Gender

His POV

Y/ N and I are going to the hospital for our next baby scan this afternoon. She is 20 weeks now and we are hopefully going to find out if we are having a boy or a girl. We don't mind what the gender of the baby is just as long as we have a happy and healthy child. We are on our way now and we are excited to go. The first scan was exciting but this one will be even more exciting as we might find out the gender of the baby. Yayyyy!!!! I drove and we got to the hospital pretty quickly. I helped Y/ N out of the car. "I'm fine, honey. I'm not at that stage yet. In a few months you might have to help me out" he said. "It's okay, babe" I smile. We go in holding hands and wait in the waiting room to be called in for the scan. We get called in on time and the it's the same lady as last time so she greeted us. "How are you feeling, Y/ N?" she asks Y/ N. "Yeah I'm feeling okay. Just a little tired every now and then but I'm okay thank you" Y/ N replies. "Baby's heartbeat is strong again. Would you like to find out the gender?" she asks. "Yes we would do if it's possible" Y/ N replies. She examines for a couple more minutes. "Okay I know now. You are having a boy. Congratulations" she said. "Yayyyy!!!! A boy. A mini me. We are having a son" I say. "Innie, I'm so happy. Can't wait to meet our little boy. Let's get a cake and celebrate tonight. I'm craving chocolate cake" Y/ N said. I smiled and kissed her. Y/ N and I are thrilled to find out that we are expecting a baby boy

Hyunjin ❤️

Hyunjin and I had our second baby scan this morning. We wanted to know the gender of our baby but not straight away. We asked the midwife to put it in an envelope. We are having a gender reveal party soon organised by my friends. It seems like too long to wait to find out. I think it's a boy and Hyunjin thinks it's a girl. Hyunjin and I are at home anticipating things. I've been looking at the envelope since we got back wondering what's inside. "Hyunjinie" I say. "Yes, sweetie pie" he said. "I don't think I can wait to find out the gender of our baby till the party. You know we could just open it now and pretend we don't know at the party" I say. "I'm excited too, babe but it's up to you" Hyunjin replies. "If you want to find out then I do" I say. "Sure I guess so" he replies. We sit on our bed and stare at the envelope for a few minutes wondering what to do. "Hyunjin, I can't wait till the party. My friends will know before us. I can't" I exclaim. "Baby baby, calm down. Getting stressed isn't good for the baby. Okay open it if it makes us both feel better" Hyunjin said. "Yeah and like we said we can seal up the envelope and pretend like we don't know anything, like we are surprised" I reply. We both look at the envelope for a minute before biting the bullet and opening it. "It's a boy!!!!!" we both exclaimed. "A boy. I'm so happy even though I thought I thought it was a girl" Hyunjin said. "A boy yessss. I didn't really mind in the end but a little boy" I say. "Momma was right. Our boy" Hyunjin said touching my bump. We kissed. So happy to find out that we are having a baby boy

Seungmin 💜

Seungmin have decided between us to not find out the gender of our baby till he or she is born. We don't mind if it's a boy or girl but we both would really like a little girl but in the end don't mind. Seungmin said he's always imagined being a girl dad and having a little girl. That would be so cute and sweet. I could definitely imagine that. We can't wait for our baby to arrive in a few months time. I know Seungmin will be the most amazing father in the world. We had our second scan earlier this morning and it went well. Baby looks healthy the midwife says. Seungmin and I are at home now. We are just relaxing as we are both tired. We want to start buying baby things soon as we are so excited. It will feel even more real when we get things. "Are you okay, babe?" Seungmin asks. "Yeah I'm fine" i sigh. "Good good just checking, my love" he said sweetly touching my arm. "Minnie, do you think we made the right decision by not finding out the get of our baby till birth. I kinda wanna know but I want to wait too" I say. "Yeah I guess we did. I think it will be the best surprise in the world if we waited, Y/ N to find out if our baby is a boy or a girl" Seungmin said. "Yeah you're right. Maybe I shouldn't think about it too much and enjoy being pregnant till I give birth" I reply. "Yes you should and our baby when he or she is here in our arms" Seungmin said sweetly again. He touched my bump and smiles. We can't wait to meet our baby when they come and keep on guessing if they are a boy or a girl

Felix 💙

Felix and I are going to find out if our baby is a boy or a girl at our next scan. My sister Rosie (BLACKPINK's Rosé obviously) is going with us for our second scan to find out if our baby is a boy or a girl. She thinks and hopes it's a girl but Felix and I are not too bothered. I'd like a girl too but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter that much. Just can't wait for our scan. Excited because Rosie is here too. We are waiting in the waiting room of the hospital now ready to go in. I am sat in the middle of Rosie and Felix. My two favourite people in the world. "Not long now, sis and we will find out if it's a boy or a girl and if I'm having a niece or a nephew" Rosie said. "I know can't wait" I smile. "Ohhhh yessss, baby" Felix said grabbing my hand and smiling. We soon get called in for my scan. All three of us couldn't wait any longer. We just wanted to find out if our baby was healthy and if it's a boy or a girl. Like my first scan, it was the sand kinda thing. The midwife recognised my famous sister and boyfriend. Obviously idols and she was mesmerised. "So, Y/ N, Felix, Rosé would you like to know the gender of the baby?" she asks us. "Yes please we would" I reply. Rosie grins. "So I'm pleased to tell you that you are having a baby boy. Congratulations" the midwife said. "A boy. My son" Felix exclaims. "A little boy. I'm very happy. This is amazing" I say. "My nephew is going to be the most handsome and lucky boy in this world" Rosie smiles. "Yep just like his father" Felix laughs. So we leave the hospital and go back to Rosie's in the evening and celebrate our baby boy by getting pizza. Yayyyyy!!!
