Waiting for him- Max Verstappen

Sierra had officially broke up with Quentin three month ago and was now completely over him. Her moms decided to help her to pay the bills for her apartment for her to stay at the same place because it was more practical for the young teacher, the school where she worked was really close.

This week there would be the f1 Grand Prix so Sierra didn't work because school were closed due to everything happening and for safety reasons. Sierra had decided to go get out of her apartment go correct some exams she had given to her students a week ago at a small cafe she really liked. She was unable to focus when it was too calm around her she needed constant stimulation and mouvement around her so though about the cafe.

When Sierra got to the cafe she ordered a croissant with a smoothie because she wasn't a big fan of coffee. There was only one table available so she sat there and started correcting the exams. After about ten minutes of correction the young teacher got interrupted by a small brunette. " Could I sit with you please? There's no table available and you're the only one alone we're not forced to talk I just need to sit down." The beautiful brown haired woman said with a Spanish accent. She seemed sweet and the big extrovert Sierra was she obviously told the girl to sit down and cleaned up her things to talk with the brunette.

Sierra extended her hand for the smaller woman to shake " My name is Sierra and I'm a primary school teacher" the brunette Spaniard girl in front of her shook her hand and introduced herself " I'm Carmen I work in finance and post quite a lot on social media." The introduction done the two women started talking quickly creating a bound.

It had been two hours that the girls were talking when Carmen got a call she quickly excused herself answering while walking towards a calmer area. When Carmen came back she told Sierra that she had to leave. "I really enjoyed those two hours tonight I have a small party on a boat I would really like if you were there." Carmen said. "Oh I would love to go with you how about we exchange numbers and you text me the information?" The two women exchanged numbers before Carmen leaved the cafe and Sierra packed her bag leaving towards her apartment.

When Sierra got home she felt her phone vibrate and checked her phone to see that Carmen had texted her the details.

Hey, my boyfriend said that
it would be easier if we pick you
up so text me your address and we'll be there at 18:00 take a bathing suit with you! Xxxx

Sierra sent her adress to Carmen and sat on her couch to crochet while watching Anne with an E which was her favorite show. She loved little girl who's curiosity remembered her of her students who loved to discover new things.

The rest of her day was pretty chill. She ate a sandwich for lunch, worked a little and finally decided to prepare herself for the party. First she applied some waterproof mascara and putted on her favorite black bathing suit with a summer dress on top of it. After that she packed her backpack with her first aid kit, a towel and a few other things that she might need. When she was finally ready it was already 17:40 so ate a quick snack and made her way outside to wait for Carmen and her boyfriend.

Carmen was there right on time getting out of the car to greet Sierra by hugging her. " Oh I'm so happy that you're coming with us I can't wait to introduce you to the other girls they will love you " was what Carmen said while they were hugging each other. " I'm so excited I love to meet new people I'm sure I will also love them." The young teacher said. Carmen opened the back door of the  car sitting in the farthest seat inviting Sierra to sit in the other back seat. "That guy driving the car is George, my boyfriend and George this is Sierra my new friend even if you already know that." Carmen introduced the brown haired boy and the girl. The three of them talked all the way to the harbor. Once they were there George leaded the way until they were next to a big yatch.

"That's Max's boat. He is hosting the party because he has one of the biggest boat you'll see he is really kind." Carmen said while they were getting on the boat. When they got where everyone else was George excused himself to go with his friends and Carmen took Sierra hands to lead her towards a group of girls.

"Hey girls, this is Sierra I met her today and she is a primary school teacher " Carmen introduced the dark brown haired girl to the group.

All the girls in the group introduced themselves. There was Alexandra, two Lily and Kika each of them were really nice and pretty. The group of girls already loved Sierra after ten minutes of talking. They were all sitting down on a couch when a familiar figure came in Sierra vision she immediately knew who it was: Max.

I didn't proofread as we say in French ✨ j'avais la flemme✨ I might do it one day but today is not that day.

I'm sorry for not updating a lot ( it's literally the second chapter ) but I have quite a lot going on in my life. My grand father is in the hospital and we know he won't get out and I'm not the best at writing fast. I have a ton of ideas but it is hard to figure out how to write them.

Also what was that race? I'm really happy that Oscar won because he is one of my favorite driver but what was that McLaren?!?!?
